Once again, Yuri did great work. He's done several jobs for us in the past: replacing toilets, removing a shower set-up in the basement, replacing a kitchen faucet, replacing a water heater, doing maintenance on the furnace & humidifier. To top it off, he's always willing to answer my many questions. He's knowledgeable in a variety of things ..... helps to make him invaluable to a homeowner in need of different kinds of service.

We've now had Yuri and his crew at our house several times, and highly recommend their services. They installed our A/C last summer at a reasonable price on short notice, with no issues since install. And as a side note to this, we'd just moved in and had a new dryer (come to find out) jimmy-rigged to the panel box. It would turn on, but didn't produce any heat. On his visit for the A/C quote, Yuri realized that the box was wired wrong and swapped out the circuit at no cost. After the smooth AC install, they also provided a reasonable quote for duct cleaning, something that probably hadn't been done in over 75 years. I trusted the crew to come to the house while I was working. Left a key, house was in perfect condition upon my return, and air smelled "clean". They completed this within 48 hours after our AC install. I reached out to Yuri this winter during a bathroom remodel after we realized that the shower plumbing wasn't going to work for our new faucet. He showed up within 24 hours, on a Friday evening, to rework the bathtub/shower plumbing so we could work on tiling the next day. He was probably here until almost 10pm, but the price, for what all he had to do, was beyond reasonable. He also came back the following week to help us finish the faucet install and make sure everything was working properly-- no extra charge. We like to support local, smaller businesses and Napora does not disappoint!

TERRIBLY! When I was told the price of repairs, I asked if I could delay the service. Technician became hostile and told me he'd lock my furnace & turn off my heat if I didn't have the service done! He later said it was a health risk (CO poisoning risk). I had the service done, but then hired another, more professional company to check the work. It was done satisfactorily. The 2nd tech explained that the work had to be done by law as the health risk was too great. He agreed that the way it was handled by Napora was disgraceful. Please understand- I WASN'T REFUSING to have the service done, just asking if I could postpone it. Had the health risk been explained in a professional manner, I would not have felt as though I was being forced into buying the service. I will NEVER use this company again! They have all the interpersonal skills of a sledge hammer. What a bunch of JERKS!

the owner sent out some tech, that he did not even tell me was coming and he tried to charge $125. for my toilet in the basement. Very disappointed in in that purchase. Feel like not ever purchasing something sort again.

it was fine, a little more money than i expected

When appointment was made shared on phone the model of the toilet and that a special flapper was needed. When they arrived they did not have the correct flapper but checked on Ebay and found it was for sale for $3.72. They ordered the new flapper and a second appointment was made for it to be installed. They said the ad was in error, they do not clean the rim holes as the ad had indicated. Although the men were very professional and friendly the toilet continued to leak after they left.

It went very well. The man who performed the job was on time, neat, and professional.

Called before to see if it was okay to arrive early. Was courtesy and detailed with his inspection and recommendations.

Part was replaced and the toilet is working well.

Arrived in the time frame given when I set up the appointment. Completed the work promptly. The toilet was leaking constantly before and has not leaked since.

When our power came back on after the recent storm, our furnace did not...it was dead, possibly from the power surges that occurred as the lines went down. I called Yuri at Napora Heating and Cooling, and he came right away. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a blown control board. Unfortunately a lot of these boards were blown in the area, but Yuri persevere in contacting numerous suppliers and finally found one. They returned later in the day (after normal business hours), installed the new board, and ensured that everything worked properly. We had heat again! Many thanks to Yuri and crew for their fast response and reasonable pricing in getting us warm again. I highly recommend Napora for heating, cooling and plumbing in your home or business. I purchased a deal for a hot water tank flushing and general plumbing check. He made two appointments. Canceled first one morning of appointment due to a business emergency at a restaurant. He asked to reschedule. Second appointment was in a two hour window, but he failed to show. Called about an hour later and said sorry he had another business emergency interfere. This time lots of people without power was his reason. Wanted to reschedule again. I didn't. He did call and sounded sincere, so therefore a C for professionalism. And I'm kindly grading with a C for the overall rating. But reliability and my time matters, and two strikes is enough, so I chose to request a refund from Angie's List.

Everything went fine. The gentleman was actually early, and they called ahead of time to make sure it would be acceptable. He recommended some items to be done which I knew were needed as well as suggested cleaning of the vents due to the dust you can see just inside the return shaft.

The faucet installation was completed at the time arranged with professionalism and expertise. I would definitely hire Napora Plumbing again.

This is my 3rd time using Napora and they have really built up trust with me. Yuri and team are very knowledgeable and do great work. I plan to use them again in the future.
