Excellent! Individual who performed the job was right on time, very polite, and did a great job. Could not have asked for a better experience. A job well done!

Did good job cleaning outside but coils for ac inside were not accessible. 20 point inspection is misleading. It should be advertised by Angie as cleaning debris on outside unit. It had lots of leaves and had a nest near compressor so it needed cleaning.

The technician came in time. He did his job quickly and professionally. Also provided suggestions for air conditioner maintenance.

Didn't go well.... He made me appointment for a Friday bet 3:30-3:45, called me at 3:20 to advise he would be there in 20 mins. showed up at 4:45 looked at my toilets said he would contact me on Monday with prices for parts. I didn't hear from him on Monday, Tuesday, I finally contacted him 1st thing Wednesday morning he advised me he didn't have the numbers would call me back within 1 hr. I waited all day Wednesday and 1/2 day Thursday. He never got back to me. I felt like if he was too busy or just didn't want the job he should of told me. At that point I contacted Angie's list to advise I wasn't going to use him.

He is very fair priced. He is very competitive. I have went to a relative for my heating but I will still use him for plumbing.

My toilet seal was leaking into the basement. His worker started it and he finished it. He is good to get out when you need him. I trust him. There is something about him. I think he is an honest young man.

The owner of Napora came out to assess the situation, sent one of his staff out that afternoon to install a quality disposal and got the whole thing done in about two hours of very steady work. His prices are in the ballpark and not one minute is wasted. We will definitely hire this company again.

It went great. Much cheaper than when I had it done before (it was on special) but I was very happy with them.

Plumber found that screw was loose, tightened it and it fixed problem. I have not seen a refund of any amount and this means I paid 129.00 for a screw tightened?

It was easy to schedule and they came right on time. The worker seemed to work efficiently and it was done quickly. It's one those instances when I ask myself why I waited so long to get it repaired. I had been putting up with a dripping outdoor faucet for a few years and it was replaced and ready to use in less than an hour. Everything was cleaned up so well when he was finished that I couldn't even tell he had been here. He had me try out the faucet when he was done and confirmed that it was working fine before he left. I bought this through an offer on Angie's list but would feel confident using them at "regular" pricing for future work.

Service and install were fantastic. Completed in less than 2 hours, and everything was perfect.

The technician went through all of the obvious items inside and out that might need repair and also recharged our older air conditioning unit. It seemed to work well and should get us through the next few years. The technician was thorough and explained all that he did. Pricing ws fair and about what we expected.

Excellent. On time, polite, friendly service. Agreed to do extra unscheduled job of installing and programming new thermostat that I had previously purchased.

Went great. Technician was very professional, got the job done, asked if I had any questions. He used shoe covers indoors and left and area clean.

It went fine. Myron removed old faucet and installed new one in a little less than an hour. Works great.
