Description of Work: I bought a big deal for $29 for a 20-Point Air-Conditioning Tune-Up.

Description of Work: I initially hired this plumber to fix a dripping pipe. He has quite a personality and also does full heating and air conditioning service. I have hired him twice more, once for a major job, and once for air conditioning check up. I will use Napora Heating and Cooling again and will also recommend him to anyone I hear asking about a recommendation.

Description of Work: Took advantage of the special furnace inspection and but also wanted it checked out as the heat soming through the registers was sometimes cold. Yuri responded very quickly. Per his recommendations I had him install larger return air vent for furnace. Also had a chimney liner and new water heater venting pipe installed to bring it up to code. Yuri was very nice and personable, seemed very knowledgeable, and I would call on him again. The only reason I gave a B for punctuality is because he got tied up on another job and was much later than anticipated. This is understandable - things don't always go as planned. He was very prompt with getting back to me and emailed responses quickly. The only reason I gave him a B for price is that I did not have other quotes and had him complete the work based on my initial impressions and because of all the positive reviews. So overall I give an A.

Description of Work: I used a special deal from Angie's List for a furnace cleaning and inspection. He responded by email the same evening and we agreed on a date and time. Yuri (the owner) came himself on time. He completed the work quickly and neatly. He answered my questions about a faucet leak and hot water heater and quoted me good prices if I wanted him to come back to do them.

Description of Work: My furnace was cleaned and checked. I provided a clean filter to put in. They wanted to install a new UV light for the bacteria/mold mildew killer attached to it, but I do that myself. As with most of the service providers I have used via Angie's List, they hope to do more than the service purchased which makes me a little uncomfortable. But I guess if they are going to do the work for below their usual price, they are hoping you will become a regular customer.

Description of Work: Replaced stem for bathtub hot water and reused stem with new rubber washer on other bathroom shower's hot water to replace it's broken stem. Saved us money as he gave me the option to go to hardware store to get another new stem but I chose not to as these were short to medium term fixes as both bathrooms need further major updates / repair. Initial response was slower than deal stated but just by a day. We would use his company again.
