and professional that are totally efficient on their service, they totally gained a new client.
The Tech. Steven, was very friendly, explained what he was doing, showed me all the old parts, some of which has been installed incorrectly or with poor workmanship etc. There was no high pressure sales approach; no 'your house will burn down if you don't have this done' etc. He and another Technician worked the second scheduled day to complete the work and the business owner Lon was also on the premises. We also found major work outside the home with storm damage which was recommended for replacement. Choices were explained and the work was done in one day, with work inside the basement, replacement of box etc. The Town inspector was here on Wednesday and he said it was quality work, no short cuts and top of the line replacement parts. He said insurance would never pay for this level of parts and the fuse box is the "Cadillac" for a residential setting. Clean up was as expected and I was comfortable being away from the home for several hours, knowing the team is professional and conscientious about what they are doing. My nest door neighbor asked me what had been done and she Is now interested in having Lon or one of his employees take a walk through at her home for a general evaluation.
This is my third experience with Lockwood Electric and I have been very satisfied with all of their work and their courteous, professional service from start to finish.
