Dave was wonderful. Answered the phone on two rings, got my info on a small gutter repair and was at my house the same day to check out the job. He called me from my driveway, gave me a quote and was there the next morning to fix my gutter. He also fixed the problem so that it shouldn't happen again (the gutter falling off had been a frequent problem). I came home at lunch to find it all fixed! How refreshing to be able to count on a contractor. Highly recommended, I will be using his for all my gutter work, including leaf removal in the spring.

I only met with Dave; did not have interaction with any of the others who did the work. I choose DJ Catalino Exteriors not only for their price but they were highly recommended by a coworker, as well as being top rated on Agnie's list. Compliments of "Sandy", work was delayed for almost a week but Dave was in contact with me providing updates. I am happy with the work that was done. As far as cleanup; I wouldn't have even known they were there, everything was cleaned up and hauled away. Definitely would recommend DJ Catalino Exteriors and I would certainly contact them again for furture service.

They were very very nice and I enjoyed having them on the property.

I spoke to someone and set up a time to get the work done. They had to postpone twice, but let me know well in advance, and it wasn't emergency work that needed to be done, so it wasn't a big deal. The people I spoke with, both on the phone and in person, were nice, professional, and gave me good information. I am happy with the work.

Good job on gutter repairs. Vent were repaired as requested but could have been done more in keeping with the quality and style of the house.

Dave Catalino was very responsive and easy to work with. He personally came to the house to provided a free estimate for replacing the gutters/down-pours of our home, and the addition of a gutter/down-pour on our garage. The work was done on time,and all waste materials were removed. The final cost was actually less then the estimated cost. After the project was completed I decided I wanted to modify the garage down-por configuration, and Dave readily came back the following week to make the change I requested. We were very pleased with the final outcome and how the work was completed.

My basic advice is STAY AWAY. Note that their website says "Contact Us" under the Warranty information. Although the contract included removal of all old gutters and debris from the site, I came back to discover that they had put all the debris in my dumpster which was in the driveway for my ongoing renovation project.This essentially placed the gutter removal and cost on me. I called the next day (Friday) and asked them to return and take this material out of my dumpster. They could not come as they were playing golf, but did come the following week.Their explanation was that they usually do put the debris in a dumpster if there is one. I suggested that they should always ask the owner first before assuming that they could do this, particularly since removal is explicitly part of their contract. By spring 2014 the straps holding the gutters had popped up indicating they had not been secured properly. I had two other roofers confirm this and I contacted the company who said they would send someone out to investigate. I was away all summer and called again the first of September as no one had contacted me. Again no one got back to report. I called again in early December and the guy, Dave I believe, refused to discuss and when I inquired what would account for the problem he said something incoherent about weather, ice and basically "we didn't do it" . He did not like being queried about what possible explanation would make sense and hung up on me. Nice. Well, I don't necessarily care about nice, but I do care about competence and accountability, neither of which is evident with DJ Catalino. I understand this is a woman owned firm. All the more sad. Stay away from this company. I will have to get someone to fix their work and I will report back on the opinion they give, the cost and result.

The crew was conscientious, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend them and would call them again.

Provided estimate for job, gave date when work could be done. Upon acceptance of the contract they notdified me as to when them would do the work, showed uo on ttime, completed the work and cleaned up and carted away all of the old gutters.

They seem to have done and excellent job. They were very efficient.

We had been having a problem with the gutter in the back of the house and originally called someone. When it rained the water came down in sheets in one spot and caused a huge water problem. They said they'd stop out and see what was needed and take care of the problem. It never happened. We asked our friends if they knew of someone reputable and could they give us a name. Dave's company was advised so we called. Dave stopped over as soon as we called and gave us a price. He replaced the back gutter, added a downspout and reinforced all the other gutters. He advised us eventually, the rest of the gutters will need replacement but should be fine at the present time. He was efficient and clean-up was impeccable. Impressed and pleased with the fact that the work was done immediately!!! We felt that Dave was honest and for that we highly recommend him to anyone who needs gutter work done.

Dave did a fantastic job, and he is phenomenal. The others people gave me a quote of $400, It cost me only $150, and for an extra $50, he cleaned all my gutters, in the whole house, he went up and I did not know the spikes were coming out, and he took care of all of that, and when I went up to look at the job he did, I cant even tell that there was any damage to that side of the gutters. The guy who assisted him, has now become a handyman, and he will come out and do anything I want. I would hire them to come back and do anything. 2 other people I called never even showed up, I recalled them twice, and they said they would be there and never showed up, and they were rated way up there, but Dave is fantastic, he said if the other companies don’t get a job where they make a lot of money, they don't even bother, and that has happened to me a lot. Dave came out even if the job was small, and I was desperate, and I asked him if he did gutters and he say why, and I told him my problem, and he followed me to my house. He saw what had to be done, and he came back the next day and he fixed the whole thing. I can’t say enough good things about him. My gutters had fallen down on one side of my house, and about 4 feet of fascia needed to be replaced. The closest quote I got was $400 to fix 4 feet of fascia and to re fix the gutters, he used good materials, and I was really impressed.

I received an in-person estimate the same day that I called and they were prepared to start the work the next day. The rate was reasonable and the level of service and professionalism was great. I will definitely consider them again in the future if I need additional work.

Dave swung by the house very soon after I called to get an estimate and gave the most reasonable price we received from multiple contractors. They did not try to get us to purchase more than we were looking for. The work was completed in a very timely manner and the quality of work was great. I called back on a Friday to fix something that I had incorrectly asked for and it was evaluated and repaired by Monday. I will definitely use DJ catalino in the future for additional gutter work.

They cleaned up everything by themselves and took everything away. They did a great job. Their price was very good. The owner himself came and gave me an estimate and reviewed the work. He was very friendly and courteous. They were here when they said they would be here. I was very pleased with every aspect of their work. I would rate them high overall. I would use them again in the future.

Dave was very prompt in providing an estimate. He was very professional when he called to describe what he would do, the guantees that were provided and the cost. I didn't have the job done until two months after I got the estimate. When I called to book an appointment, he was able to retrieve the estimate right away and he scheduled the job for two days later. I never actually saw him, since I was away all day. When I came home, the new gutters were up. They looked great and there was no debris in my yard. I am very pleased with the job he did.

Excellent workmanship. Catalino Exteriors has more than 30 years experience in the industry. This two-person job was performed in a short time and professional manner. Care was taken to clean up after the job. Highly recommend.
