We had an old ductless system develop a coolant leak. Since the repair cost was close to the cost of a new unit, we decided to replace the unit. After Jordan came out to do the initial proposal, we were happy to find that Crossfield was competitive in cost, availability, and unit quality. As a plus, Jordan did the work on finding us the best deal, combining different rebates with different equipment. On install day, Harry and Rich did an excellent job of removing the old system and installing the new one. I was happy to find that the unit they installed heated and cooled the room much faster than the old unit.

The work went great. Rob S., Isaac, and Eric were fantastic to work with. They walked me through all of the work they did to make sure I was comfortable. The helped me set up the new thermostat to my satisfaction and also left the job site looking just as it had before they arrived. I couldn't be happier with the installation.

We were very pleased with the whole process! We had heard about Crossfield from our neighbors who recommended them highly. Our first meeting with Corey G. was very impressive. He was very personable, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional! He explained the various options for equipment and performance factors. He covered pricing options and did not pressure us into a particular solution. The installation team was on-time, and also very courteous and professional. Eric H came to the door and explained what they would be doing. They were excellent about putting on shoe covers to avoid tracking in dirt, and very careful of the walls and furniture when carrying equipment in and out. Rob L. and Isaac T. were the rest of the install team. Work started as scheduled at 8:30 a.m. They worked steadily through the day and completed the install by 4:00 p.m. They spent another 45 minutes thoroughly cleaning up and taking away packing, scraps of sheet metal, etc. The install was smooth, the install team was very well trained and professional. They did a first class installation and corrected some problems that had existed since the house was built. We give them high marks also! It has only been a couple of days since we got the new system, but we can definitely tell a difference. The system is much quieter than the old system was at its best. The upstairs bedrooms are getting much better airflow and more stable temperatures than we have ever had. We highly recommend these guys! They have made a significant upgrade to our home at a very competitive price.

Once again Crossfield was fabulous. They gave me a range of options and explained the pros and cons of each. They did superior work and I could not be happier. It was there super busy season so they loaned me window air conditioners and they installed them at no charge. They are very professional, friendly, and trustworthy, They also installed a new furnace earlier in the year. I'm can't recommend them enough.

I just wanted to send a very big THANK YOU to Jordan, Mark, Richard and Todd. I am 70 years old and I look after my, 91 and 94year-old, parents. Our Furnace died on a Monday morning and Crossfield had someone at our house early that afternoon. We had a 30+ year old furnace and I decided getting a new Trane was more cost effective than repairing the old one. Crossfield had it in stock and they replaced it on Tuesday. They loaned us 3 space heaters to get us through the night. The workmanship was excellent. Their prices where reasonable and they gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision. The entire process from the initial contact through installation went like clockwork. I was impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism; I will definitely use Crossfield again.

They went out of their way to squeeze me in on the hottest weekend of the year. Unit was inspected and fixed within an hour, for much less than I expected to pay during weekend hours and a widespread heat wave!

My old A/C gave up the ghost on the hottest day of the year (so far). I knew it was time for an upgrade. I found Crossfield here on Angies List. They are the top rated company. I called on a Monday and a representative named Jordan came by on Wednesday morning. He inspected our old units and showed us several options for replacing them. We decided on one of the higher end setups. There was a sizable rebate from the power company along with a fantastic financing option that really sweetened the deal. A week or so later the installation team arrived promptly at 8 AM. They had to replace a little of the old ducting and run a new exhaust and air supply line. They were done with everything by 3pm. They taught us how to use the new thermostat, operate the new humidifier and change the filter. I am satisfied with the product and the work performed.

Your service person did a through inspection of my system. He is a very knowledgeable person. He explained details I did not know about concerning the AC system. Very satisfied.

Our 11 year old boiler kind of self destructed in the winter of 2018. Crossfield gave us the unwelcome news that our boiler was beyond repair and would have to be replaced. Also, that it was too small and installed wrong in the first place, which is why it broke. Within two days, a new boiler was installed that worked great. We opted for the annual plan that includes all repairs done in the future as well as an annual checkup. We've already made our money back with that. A relief lifted that got the internal electronics wet, all of which had to be replaced, none of which we had to pay for.

The service was excellent. They were on time and very informative. I was kept in the loop the entire time. The water heater was actually fixed faster than they had estimated.

They charged about $200 a year, for both visits, because it's a maintenance package. If there is an issue I get a discount for the work. What stands out the most is I always feel secure using them. I trust them. I just feel the quality of their work is excellent; their products and their work.

For professionalism, I wasn't here but the fact that they took care of it without me having to be standing over them was great. What stands out about their professionalism is, whenever these guys come, for the maintenance, or work, or whatever, they're always dressed in a Crossfield uniform, they always look neat and professional. They treat you with respect. They do their work efficiently. They don't dawdle or anything like that. They clean up after themselves.
