Crossfield Heating & Air Conditioning

Crossfield was very helpful and professional in helping me choose the best furnace for my home. They had been servicing my last furnace for years. I chose a furnace and signed a contract to have the new furnace installed on February 6th, 2025. I was visiting my mother in Florida when I received a notification, on January 15th, from my home temperature monitor that my home was down to 55 degrees. I had set the thermostat to hold at 60 degrees while I was gone. The outside temperatures were FRIGID! I called Crossfield at 7:30pm and they dispatched a service rep to my house. He arrived by 9pm! The service rep arrived and I let him into my house remotely. The rep called me and told me that the control board was dead and couldn't be fixed. (BTW, there was no charge for the service call!) I was frantic, as no one was home and my house temperature was dropping quickly. I called my Crossfield sales rep, Jordan Collichio, and informed him of my situation. He called me back and told me that he could have the new furnace installed the next morning. Three Crossfield employees (Rob L., Brian L. and Harry D.) arrived promptly the next morning. They contacted me and I opened my door remotely. They installed the furnace and kept in touch with me to keep me up with their progress. When the installation was complete, they contacted me and together we set up the new thermostat so I could monitor and control the furnace remotely, from Florida, until I returned home on January 18th. I can not say enough about the professionalism and how they went out of their way to get my furnace installed the next morning, saving my home from the freezing weather. When I got home, everything was in order and the job was done meticulously. 5++ stars for Crossfield. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of service or new equipment!

Excellent from servicing to discussing new furnace. Not pushy. Pu furnace died day prior to Xmas and they were prompt with getting a new one installed. Gave us portable heaters while we waited. Brian and Dwayne did the work. Clean friendly and thorough

Crossfield came out on a service call when our heat stopped working. We decided to get a new furnace and Mark came out the following morning to go over furnace and financing options. We got a better furnace with great financing! Matt, Brian, and Will came out the same afternoon and did a clean, professional install. They worked quickly and they were all professional and friendly. We have a new furnace going into the cold months and couldn’t be happier

Brian, Mike and Todd were excellent installers. This was an old house and they worked around the issues that came up. They went over everything with me and picked up all the trash when they left.

Just had a heat pump installed to heat/cool a finished basement area. The units look and work great. Harry and Matt showed up on time, were friendly, and did great work. I'm very pleased!

This is the second time we have used Crossfield so that says a lot!! They do an amazing job and are so friendly and go out of their way to accommodate our needs. We had Tyler working in our home everyday and Tharon at times. Both young men were polite and were extremely hard workers. Some days it was in the high 80's and they were in our attic and never complained! I can't even imagine what the temp was up there. They always left our house spotless each afternoon when they left. Joe was great about answering our questions, even called me back on the weekend to help me out!! Kept us up to date on everything they were doing. Thank you guys!!!!!

Completely satisfied! I highly recommend anyone needing HVAC service to call Crossfield. From my first encounter with the estimator to having the installation crew at my home, I was totally impressed by their service and workmanship. Top notch, from beginning to end. They prepared the hallway and floors to prevent any damage while bringing in the unit and their tools and when the install was completed, everything inside and out was spotless. Mark the estimator and the crew members, Harry, Rob S. and Brian were very courteous and respectful and answered any questions I had throughout the entire process. Left house cleaner than when they started. Even helped me set up Trane Home app on my cell phone. Submitted rebates for me to help lower price I paid. Our installation team, Matt & Eric, were courteous and professional, even when asked to return to take a look at a couple minor issues. The customer care team was highly knowledgeable and explained the whole process. For many years I have used Crossfield for all of my heating and air conditioning needs. Their recent installation of a new hot water heater was done flawlessly; sales support from Mark Stevens was excellent, highly effective in communicating our options and following up with a timely proposal. Installation by Matt and Rob was efficient and extremely well done. Their front end call support is always courteous and responsive. I highly recommend the Crossfield team!

My furnace died the first week of January 2024. From my experience from previous service, I contacted Crossfield Heating & AC. Quick response time, no pressure sales and an installation crew that was prompt and thorough. Tim W. and Steve installed my new furnace and AC in 6 hours, cleaned up, reviewed the work done and took the time to answer all my questions. Great company to do business with!

I have had several problems with this company. Most recently I was charged $2,000 for work that was never performed and I can’t get anyone to call me back.

Mike, Tyler and Zach did a good job insulating our home attic and basement.

We have used Crossfield for years and have a great deal of confidence in the company and its employees. Mark M. has always done our semi-annual servicing on our furnace and air conditioner. We appreciate his attention to detail and helpfulness with our many questions. When we were concerned about our furnace Mark diagnosed the problem and set up a Crossfield Trane professional to walk us through the process for a new furnace and A/C unit. We are at ease now that they have been replaced and work so well. They will be our company for a long, long time!

I hired Crossfield Heating & Air Conditioning to replace my existing HVAC system. They were on time, professional, and left my home in the condition they found it. They answered all my questions about operating the new system, including where to buy replacement filters for the air handler.

Hired Crossfield for a HVAC service checkup and then for installing a new water heater tank. Service guys (Brian and Mike) were polite, on-time, and thorough with their work! There were some minor adjustments that needed to be made with the water heater tank, but they were able to resolve everything promptly. Their customer service is also quick and reliable. Would highly recommend them!

Their response time was phenomenal. Our furnace became unreliable. We scheduled a service call and then opted for a new installation. We were able to get it done quickly. All of their employees were professional, personable and very thorough. Great job!
