He responded immediately to every question, I got to meet the entire crew and they completed all work the same day. Description of Work: Was told by roofers I needed my chimney repointed. Bill miles custom masonry stopped by on time and looked over my whole chimney. They told me the chimney was in great shape and no work really needed to be done. That's honesty. They could of very easily repointed it and charged me for something that didn't need to be done.

I DON'T EXPECT A GUY IN A SUIT TO TELL ME WHAT I NEEDED TO HAVE DONE, I EXPECT A BLUE COLLAR GUY WITH CALLOUSED HANDS TO.
