Description of Work: The guy came (after calling twice to get an appointment set up) and all he did was spray the tracks and give a couple of turns to the drive belt. In the end, he tried to sell me new garage doors. I felt that this deal was just an excuse to sell people garage doors that they do not need.

Description of Work: Joe Greene arrived early, looked over my garage door opener which was working fine - just shaking and making some noise when closing, and decided it was working fine but just needed to have the main spring coil lubricated. So Joe lubricated the main spring, and all the other points that could use lubrication. I think Joe did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to call him if I have further problems or need a new garage door in the future.

Excellent experience.
Description of Work: I discovered our garage door would not open more than 1 foot when I arrived home using my remote control to open it. I could not lift the door by hand either. I checked Angies list and called Mr. Green. I described the symptoms and he talked me thru checking out if the the garage door spring was broken. It was. He quoted the price for a replacement one door spring which will last about 10 years or installing two garage door springs and hopefully will never have to replace the garage door spring again while I live here. It was a no brainer for a price difference of $60.00. He showed up performed the job, oiled the hinges on the door and checked the chain etc. The door opener runs much quieter and smoother than it ever has! Highly recommend this company for knowledge and service!
