Jeff arrived on time, understood the issue, got right to work. Done within an hour. Issue fixed.

On inspection quoted 2 prices Friday , $250 plus tax & then after employee contacted boss , $330 plus tax . Would return Monday before noon . Monday I called & asked Mr Green were they coming & for a written estimate . Mr Green said no one ever asked for a written estimate in 5 years . Told me if I didn't trust him " Work with someone else I didn't trust ! " . I thanked him for his time & he hung up . So much for customer service !

Despite repeated attempts to get Joe Greene to come out and quote me the job, over 2 seasons, he has NEVER SHOWN UP nor given me the courtesy of a return call.

The tech did not show up and did not call I don't want to hear from this company ever again thank you so much

Very responsive, professional, friendly, even reviewed my other garage door and oiled rails on worked on door and non requested work door, no additional charge for that review. Told amount due up front , so no surprises. Very happy, came same day I requested service.

Replaced broken cable and performed routine maintenance on remaining cables and door opener drives.

At first seemed like the problem was corrected, but it didn’t work. Over the phone he told us it would cost 450 dollars and sent a tech. The tech fixed it for nothing and it still makes a loud noise when you close it. I was bothered he made an estimate without coming back himself to see.

I was happy with the company. The repairs was outstanding, fast, and professional. Joe Green cleaned up the garage and removed the old garage door opener. I had a brand new Keyless Entry installed by the garage and 2 car controls remote. The company exceeds all customer service expectations. I would recommend Green Overhead Door to my friends.

This happened around 8pm. I called and he was at my garage by 8:30. Got the door to close for the night and promised to send someone the next day to fix the problem. He gave me an estimate of the cost. Mr. Greene was prompt, polite, and true to his word. I will use his services if ever there is garage door problem in the future.

Emailed Joe and he called back immediately, was expecting a service call the next day or so but Joe was out at my house within an hour. Replaced the spring and lubricated and adjusted door opener. Had a spring break one morning prior to work. Due to the weight of the door, the opener was unable to lift it. Called another garage door company to set up the repair and was given a date two-weeks away. Unacceptable. Called Greene Overhead Door and Joe had a repairman out that afternoon. Repair was complete, quick and reasonable. The technician was very proffessional and while on site, lubed the door rollers and hinges. The door has never been this quiet. Would highly recommend!

A cable on the garage door snapped on Friday afternoon. I called Greene Overhead Door. He answered the phone and took my number then called me back as soon as he was able to. He scheduled us for Saturday and came and completed the work on Saturday. We are very pleased with his response and service. Will definitely recommend him and use him again.

Joe was very responsive to my phone calls and emails. He worked with me to find a garage door and opener in my price range. The job was done on time. His employee was very professional and got the work done in about 3.5 hours. I would definitely recommend this company.

Some time ago, we had Greene's replace both garage doors and were very satisfied with the installation, value, and appearance upgrade. Since the doors came out great, we decided to ask Joe Greene if he was able to install crossheads and side trim as we had seen on some other houses to further improve the appearance of the house. With his construction background, he said it could be done though it would take some labor to make sure the new trim was properly aligned with, and fit into, the existing older siding. He took measurements and carefully assessed the job, providing me a detailed description of the necessary steps it would take. After carefully considering the different products available, high quality materials were found including the top trim (Crossheads) and the side trim (Pilasters). The material was delivered and once the weather was permitting, Joe started and completed the installation this past week, with the conscientious help of Shane. The workmanship is excellent and the project required both precision and patience, and a few days working around the rainy weather. Joe Greene's work quality is excellent as is his work ethic and that of his staff. The outcome was successful and fulfilled our expectations for the appearance upgrade. [See pictures]
