Description of Work: Joe Greene photographed our garage doors and emailed us photos of our 2 garages as they would look with a selection of optional new doors that we chose from a website. Once we made our choice, we scheduled the day for installation and while we were at work they removed two old garage doors and installed two new doors. |When we arrived home from work that day we were greeted by two beautiful new (insulated) garage doors that looked like they were designed for our home. |Very professional, responsive to all our questions and done clean in one day.

Description of Work: My aging electric overhead door got stuck when some lumber from the rafter slid into the path of the door and the tension wire. I couldn't get the tension wire back on the spool. |They came promptly, put in the wire and adjusted and tightened the main balance spring which requires a fairly specialized tool. |I would use them again, they were prompt and charged a fair price and didn't try to oversell anything.

Description of Work: Mr. Greene called back soon after my request call to understand whether we had our cars stranded in the garage and if we needed emergency service. (We didn't as we had one car in the driveway). He remembered that we were a previous customer. The next day,the Greene serviceman called to confirm his visit, arrived on-time, assessed the problem and fully explained what needed to be done. The Greene serviceman replaced the tension spring which had failed, lubricated all moving components, and gave recommendations on maintenance. Very professional, excellent responsiveness, overall great experience.

Description of Work: Contacted Green Overhead Door thru their website. Received a phone call from the owner within an hour. He sent me a quote that contained pricing information for a variety of doors and included pictures of how my house would look with each door. We picked out the style and finalized the price (including a new opener and some trim work). The installer, Jeff, did a great job. Professional, polite, and helpful (he made sure that he setup the connection between the opener and our cars which was great).

Description of Work: My old garage door was made of wood. I have replaced the lower panels a couple of times, but the moisture from rain and snow caused them to rot. I called Green's Overhead Doors, they gave me an estimate on the phone, and then came to my home to measure, as I had no idea of the dimensions. He gave me a quote and described the door he would you he would use and had a color plate to make sure it would be similar to the door color I had. He told me it would take a couple of weeks to get the door. Last Thursday 11/29 he called to let me know the door was in and that he would be there next day Fri 11/30 to install. I told him I was going out of town but that I trusted him to do a good job. When I came home on Sun. Dec.2 at 6:30 PM, I was stunned by the appearance of the door. It exceeded all of my expectations. The door was perfect inside and out and the installation was top notch. I couldn't be more satisfied. I would recommend him highly. Interestingly the first company I called would have charged me twice the amount that I paid to Green's Overhead Doors. I'm so grateful for Angie's List and for Greene's Overhead Doors.
