I am looking forward to having them come out and do the job. They got right back to me with no problems. They understood what I was talking about, and were ready to come out. When you call them, they are responsive.

I called them for an estimate. It was reasonable. they came on time to do the work. I had to leave and they sent me a bill. Everyone was very professional. The work was done in a timely manner and done well.

I can't say enough good things about this company! The communications, written and via phone, were prompt and thorough. The work was on time and of outstanding quality. The quality of the installed products is excellent. I knew I needed a new opener and suspected I would need a new door. My set-up was over 30 years old. The door (due to age, house settling, etc.) was noisy and out of alignment. I spoke to Joe Greene and arranged for him to come out (which he did within a day) to take a look. Based on our initial conversation over the phone, he e-mailed me product information to look over. Being one to often opt for more than I need, my eye was drawn to something with more bells and whistles than the opener Joe recommended for me. When he came out, we discussed my questions and he, instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need - and likely might have purchased, explained the pros and cons of each option and why the extra ones that caught my eye really wouldn't be that great for my situation. All this to say, not being a fan of salesmen, I greatly appreciated his down-to-earth honesty and focus on what I needed. Joe told me the door would be in within two weeks. It was, and he called promptly to arrange an install date. He worked around my schedule without hesitation. The installer was very knowledgeable and very skilled. The total re-vamp of my door and opener took less than 5 hours, including installation of the keypad, opener button, and a few extra accommodations that had to be made for my garage set-up. The installer also got rid of the old door for me and did a great job of cleaning up after he was done. I am very impressed with this company. They even made sure I received the paperwork I need for a rebate on the door I chose and for the tax write-off I will receive for the energy efficient door I selected (a total of $450 - making the actual cost of my door and opener under $800). I have dealt with a number of contractors over the years with their variety of quirks. I am pleased to say I am very impressed with Joe Greene, his honesty, and his quirk-free company. I would, without hesitation, highly recommend them to anyone needing work, or thinking they need/want work, on their garage door, door opener, or both.

Excellent work. Mr. Greene had installed a new door for us six years ago and had worked so carefully that we called him now when the ten-year-old motor broke. He arrived early, replaced the broken motor with a new model, and for a few extra dollars replaced the worn springs to avoid a more expensive return call. He was efficient, meticulous in details and cleanup, and pleasant to work with.

Our experience with them went very well. They arrived on time, install the opener very quickly, went over the direction with us on how to use it and left us with a number to call if there was any problem. The garage door opener works like a charm.

Owner Joe Greene altered his schedule to allow me to be there while he sized up the problem with my garage door and made a temporary adjustment. He later returned to make needed replacements. Door works absolutely fine now. I am very impressed not only with Joe's work, but also by his flexibility to alter his schedule. He showed up the day after I initially contacted him and showed up as scheduled for finial repair. Who could ask for more?

My garage door is quite old and I was happy to find someone able to locate and order the parts. It was also out of line, which he straightened up beautifully. He had to install extra support beams when he installed the springs because that is why it was off in the first place. He was dependable, reliable, friendly and very competent in his work. I would recommend his services.

I had a problem with my door, it would not open properly. I called a National company to come out and they told me it couldn't be repaired and tried to sell me a new set of doors. Joe came out spent a half hour, fixed my problem and charged me $75.00. It is working perfectly now. I certainly will replace my doors and I will use Joe Greene because he is honest.
