Wow! When I submitted my request to Angie's List TJ was very quick to respond and set up a day and time to come by. He arrived promptly and had our kitchen sink up and working again within an hour. TJ is a very honest; friendly and respectful person to have in your home preforming work. Not that I would like to have this issue again but he would be first on my list to contact.

"TJ" was a true professional!! He arrived within the time we arranged. He took pride in his work. He explained each step before he began. Answered all of my questions. Checked to make sure everything was working properly. Cleaned up afterwards. What more could you ask for????

It was actually unbelievable. I bought the deal on a Tuesday morning. I hadn't heard from the company by Wednesday, so I called the office and got the receptionist who knew nothing about me, but said she would have one of the technicians call. TJ, who I think is the owner, called about 15 minutes later and said that he hadn't heard anything from Angie's list and I was the second person who had called and said that they had bought a deal and he wasn't informed. I offered the email from Angie's list and he was very calm and said that rather than wait to straighten it out, he would come by in an hour to fix the problem and work it would with Angie's List later, which was great and I thought very honorable. He told me that he was in Queens, so it could be a little longer, which was fine. About an hour later, the doorbell rang and it wasn't TJ, it was another technician who said that TJ was held up in traffic and they didn't want me to wait so he came instead. He fixed the clog in 15 minutes and couldn't have been nicer.

Called Pro Drain because I thought we had clogged drainage and slow draining water. TJ came and inspected everything. He discovered that everything was fine and didn't need to be serviced. He is extremely knowledgable and (most of all) HONEST. He could have told me otherwise and charge me for service I didn't need. Highly recommend and will definitely use Pro Drain in the future.

This company is by far the best company I have hired from Angies List. After purchasing a Big Deal at approximately 11pm, I was notified by email not even 5 mins later to schedule an appointment. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Caesar arrived promptly and was very polite. I was so relieved that he suggested bringing the snake through the back door so as not to bring through my house. No other plumber have ever been that thoughtful as it is a longer walk up a little hill. Casaer worked efficiently and thoroughly, informing me that I had a few roots but nothing to worry about. I've never hired a contractor with only a two hour window before. It makes all the difference not waiting for 4 to 6 hours. I already have added you to my contacts, as you are the one I'm calling for all my plumbing needs and yearly sewer maintenance.

I have had this cleared periodically over the past 30 years, and this time is the first that the water does not back up in the second sink. He did a complete job all the way to the main line, not just cleaning out the sink area. While some advertise a $10.00 lower price, the service is not as complete.

Can I say Awesome! TJ was a pleasure from the start to the finish. We had a main drainage back up on a late Sunday afternoon and I was worried about getting someone here before it got any later. He showed up in an hour as promised and was very honest about his work. He completed the job very quickly which was a plus. I also have to mention that for $245 for a Sunday job is quite affordable and now my wife and I can be worry free. He even went the extra and cleaned the main all the way to the street. I would recommend TJ's service and would most definitely use Pro Drain inc in the future (hopefully I won't have too).

TJ was fantastic. He was able to book my appointment at the requested time on short notice, and he showed up right on time. He explained what he was doing as he was working and even invited me to look on so I could see what was going on inside the pipes. He was totally professional and very friendly. I recommend Pro Drain 110%.

It took about 3 1/2 hours of hard work with one of those big machines that sort of drills into the pipes to get the smaller pipe clear and try to clear the sewer pipe. I had told him it would be quick and easy...I was really wrong. I was with him the whole time and he was pleasant and informative and worked VERY hard. We decided he should come back in the morning with his big super powerful water jet. It took another hour or two, and was very exciting. A couple of neighbors and a friend came to watch, and TJ's assistant, Caesar helped too. WHOOOOSH, and the pipe is completely clear. They didn't make a mess, but if they had, I'm sure they would have left the cellar cleaner than they found it. I would DEFINITELY hire them again, but don't think I'll ever have to because they did a really good job.

Process from initial call...call back...arrival and work completion was great. What a relief!!!

T.J. is terrific. He is fair and honest, a true professional and is extremely competent at what he does. My main sewer line has always needed an annual clearing due to tree roots. Main sewer line back ups became more and more frequent after another provider broke his drain snake inside my main line and left it there. Since then, I have contacted many other providers over the years and all they could do was a superficial 10-15 minute clearing as they could not get past the snake much less remove the snake and all recommended a large excavation job involving removal of stone steps and landscaping to get to the main line and the stuck drain snake. When I called T.J. and explained the situation, he was not phased at all, very honest and said he would try his best and that he had done it before. He came out right away and was able to hook the 15 foot drain snake out within minutes. T.J. has state of the art tools and equipment, great expertise and up to date field knowledge. T.J. is also very thorough and he spent at least one hour clearing out the rest of the main line of tree roots. He patiently laid out all scenarios as he went along and I was fully informed. I would highly recommend his services.

Terrific! We called Pro Drain in desperation at 7:25 pm and initially reached the office/service (an actual person). TJ returned the call 5 minutes later and arrived at the house within 30 minutes. Another 30 minutes later, the job is done. The cost was reasonable. TJ is personable, professional and efficient. We will definitely use him again (hopefully just for maintenance!)

Pro Drain did an excellent job!! Called Pro Drain early Saturday and arrived within an hour of being called. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and the price is great. He cleared and flushed the main sewer line and worked on a stubborn kitchen sink clogged line and removed large amounts of grease. I will definitely call Pro Drain for future service.

He was well dressed, neat, and efficient. He even gave me a discount for being on Angie’s List. I thought it was a good service and I was very happy with it.

Everything turned out pretty good. They were recommended by a plumber I hired first because I had water in my basement. They had thought the problem was the main sewer line. According to the guys who I hired, they said the technician with Pro Drain was the most qualified for the job with the most up to date camera.
