Description of Work: I woke up to a disgusting mess in my basement that could not wait to cheaper weekday rates. I called 5 places and Prodrain called me back promptly. They were at my home in less time than they estimated and completed the snake in thirty minutes. They could have charged me more, I would have paid anything, but they were super reasonable. My hero!!!

+ 0 moreI had a gentleman named A.J come by the property to check out what I thought was a pipe blockage problem. A.J was extremely prompt, and professional. He arrived right on time, and kept me up to date with his whereabouts. After examining the problem, there was nothing A.J was able to do. He notified the situation, and recommended a solution in detail on what needed to be done. In the end, A.J was friendly, and easy to work with. I would definitely call for A.J in the future if there was work needed to be done with anything pipe related.

Description of Work: I had a drain clogged which was under a concrete floor in the basement. He was able to determine that the storm drain was an old drain used before a second drain was added to the street. He was able to cap off the line, remove the old rotted cast iron line and attach a new 2 inch line for a kitchen drain to another line in the basement. Mr. Heckman was a total professional and totally knowledgable with his trade. He worked quick, neatly and had all the answers I needed. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs his services
