Wood floor finishing/refinishing

Had 2nd floor carpeting removed, installed laminate flooring throughout, refinish stairs, risers, and landing. Javier is an extremely hard worker, punctual, and his pricing is very reasonable. He's meticulous with clean up and pays attention to detail.

I've lived in home for 35 years and the floors had never been refinished. Javier showed up with state of the art equipment and approached the job with professionalism, enthusiasm, and vigor. The attention to even the smallest detail was impressive. The end result was spectacular; the floors looked brand new. I would recommend Javier to anyone.

These floors had not been refinished in over 30 years and had paint stains all over. Parts of the floors needed minor repairs also. Javier was able to bring these floors back to a supreme finish. It was more than I could have expected. He and his crew were punctual and courteous.

It went great. Everything he explained to us that he was going to do, he did. Fixed parts of the floor that were damaged as he came across them. Finished by sanding and polishing the floor. Over all, we were happy with the work.

He installed the floors of two rooms and finished the floors of the main level of the house.
