Javier Ruiz Hardwood Flooring and Painting

I hired Javier for a flooring/painting job on a new home we purchased and the project came out great! Javier is super professional, always on time, and neat. The cleanup process was great and done very timely. I loved how the entire project turned out and I would recommend him for anyone looking for flooring or painting.

We recently purchased an older home in Kingston, and we hired Javier to refinish the hardwood floors and to paint the entire interior before we moved in. The results are amazing! Javier and his team were fast, efficient, reasonably priced, and got the job done exactly according to schedule. No surprises, no problems at all. The house sparkles and we couldn't be happier. Javier’s work is amazing! He did my entire home 1000 square feet worth of vinyl planking flooring. He did my living room/dining room area, my two bathrooms, my three bedrooms my stairs in which I had no clue that under the rug had some wood steps! He’s work is amazing and he’s very reasonable in price! I would definitely recommend him and hire him again if I need him for any future projects! He is very friendly, knows he’s craft, and easy to talk to! Don’t wait call and book your estimate!

Javier and his crew did an excellent job installing LVP over our old, uneven subfloor on the first and second floors. We were going to replace the carpeting on the stairway; however, Javier did a great job of refinishing the old treads to look new! He is very accommodating and has reasonable pricing.

Javier did a beautiful job installing our hardwood floors in our kitchen. He went above and beyond. This is the second job Javier has done for us. He always takes care to ensure he contains the dust when installing and sanding. Our house is always left clean and dust free.

Our Brazilian cherry floors were pretty beat up when we moved into our new home and Javier did a fantastic job refinishing them (he stripped and bleached them before sealing). He also made many repairs throughout the house. The floors look excellent! Javier was also extremely reliable, communicative, and fair in his pricing. Javier is the best! He tore up old carpet flooring and installed wood floors incredibly fast and did an amazing job. We also hired him for some interior painting that was done in no time and looks great. We would absolutely use him again for all our flooring and painting needs!

Javier installed floor before in my house. My stairs needed sanding and stain and a section of the floor needed repair. I called Javier for the job. For any hardwood floor issues I will always call him b/c his prices are good, he is on time and does a really good job. I should have taken a pic of the stairs before the job was completed but it came out the color I wanted.

He did a great job taking our floors from old beat up red, to country white. Came and applied some samples on our floor before the project, and made us feel very confident on the final product. So happy we went with Javier, and all guests that come in compliment the work. As new home owners we were nervous to take on a project like this, but glad we were in good hands. Would reccomended him to anyone!

Javier and his team did an amazing job on our floors. Extremely professional, great to work with, would definitely recommend. We noticed one small issue after the job was done, notified Javier and he took care of it promptly without any issues, even finishing the job on Thanksgiving which was beyond our expectations.

I hired Javier to pain our new house and install new hard wood floors. he gave us a detailed estimate for both jobs and helped us pick the right wood for the house. he also sanded and stained one room which already had wood floors. very communicative via phone and text, he would send us updates on the work and pictures of work in progress. both the paint and the floor jobs came out great!
