The company was very prompt, professional and courteous. The gentlemen painted the bathroom in a few hours and left nothing for us to clean up. The bathroom looks amazing! We will definitely hire them again.

Anton came the same day I called, gave me an estimate (extremely reasonable given my rush) and was ready to start the work next day. The extensive repairs were finished within 2 days and the room looked better than when it was brand new. They worked very long hours and actually did more than we've agreed on originally, just to make sure everything looked great. Anton and his guys cleaned up after themselves and there was absolutely no damage I usually expect from contractors, like scratches on the hardwood floors, doors, etc. I'm very pleased with the work and professionalism. Will definitely use them again.

Highly recommended! Anton and his team were excellent. They were timely, clean, friendly, and did a beautiful job painting the interior of our home. They also went above and beyond to accommodate our time frame, and needs. We were incredibly impressed by the quality of their work and their constant professionalism. This was a great experience. I have had Anton do other jobs on my condo before and he always does an amazing and professional job. The bathroom turned out exactly the way I wanted. The work was excellent. Anton first came to assess the work and he has a great attention to detail so he asked a lot of good questions to ensure I was getting what I wanted. He gave me an 'on the spot' estimate and then turned around the written estimate within a day or two and once agreed, he was able to plan the date for the work which happened within two weeks of our first meeting. Everything looks great. They scraped a lot of old paint off the front porch and this is the now the smoothest paint job I have seen on the exterior of my house and I have had it painted at least three times before. The fence looks great and none of my plants were trampled as they had been with previous painters. For in the interior work, they were very neat and tidy and the edging and trim work look great. There was one small smudge on one of the interior walls and on a piece of the exterior porch trim and Anton offered to return to touch it up for me and he followed up on that promise and scheduled it with me. i was very pleased with all of the work and the interactions throughout the project, I would definitely use European Craftsman again!

He was very knowledgeable and wanted very much to please, which he did. He was on time and communicated with me when the date had to be changed due to snow. He was immediately responsive whenever I tried to contact him. His work is excellent and I would definitely hire him again.

Anton promptly responded to my Angie's List message, and scheduled an appointment to see what installing the 2 exhaust fans would entail. He quickly assessed that the exhaust ducts would be routed through the attic and the vents would have to penetrate the roof. He had concerns because it was winter and we were experiencing very bad weather. Anton did not want to risk penetrating the roof and advised the job be done in the Spring. I really appreciated his concern. Once Spring arrived, I called him back to do the job. In addition, I asked that he install 2 exterior doors, their frames, and their locks. The exhaust fan install went smoothly. They were installed and all works as expected. Replacing the doors was a bit more involved. Since I own a home that's almost 100 years old, I wasn't surprised that he found a problem once he removed one of the frames. This area is exposed to the elements, and the frame that was removed was really rotted. Anton recommended removal of all the rotted wood, and reconstructing that area to better support the new door, and it would help prevent water from causing more damage. It cost a little more, but I'd rather spend a bit more for work that's done properly, than take a short cut and ignore a problem that can cause more damage in the long run, so I agreed. They did a wonderful job rebuilding the area under the sill. Once that was completed, the door went it and looks great. The second door by my porch had less rot, but still required some reconstruction. Anton ensured the doors worked flawlessly. He also ensured that the old interior door molding was not damaged in the process and that it was reinstalled properly. They worked very hard to get the work done just right. I like that Anton explains everything, and that he is so detailed. I'll definitely call him for my next project.

He showed up to look at the job and seemed like he was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time and initially very friendly. Once it came time for him to actually do the work the excuses and problems began. He had multiple days in the fall when the temperatures/weather were appropriate to do the painting but he didn't get it done. He then recommended waiting until the Spring which I agreed to do. With Spring here and temperatures again great for painting I again didn't hear from him. I called today (4/25/2016) and spoke with him, only to be told he was busy with some big jobs and would try to "squeeze" me in but he didn't know when. He also complained about doing the "high stuff" that needed to be done. I explained to him that this was the whole reason he was hired in the first place as I can handle painting the lower portions myself. He also complained about having to do the work for the Angie's List price he had advertised. At this point I no longer felt confident that he will do the quality job he had promised. I told him I would cancel his service. Only when the service was cancelled did he text me to say he would now give me extra time and do the work. It's amazing how people's attitudes and demeanor change when you have the power of Angie's list on your side.

Service provider went above and beyond the advertised purchased services to include some extra work on walls that were cracked due to settling and work on high stairwell and elevated ceiling. In addition, provider used premium paint and was meticulous with all preparation and cleanup. I am very satisfied with the speed and extremely high quality/ value from the work performed.

I got an email from Angie?s List advertising the last day of a special for 4 hours of contractor work for $129. This was great luck because I recently bought my first home and had a few repair jobs needed to be done and the price was amazing. I called Anton and he was very accommodating in fitting me in around my schedule. Also, Anton had me send him pictures of the items that needed to be repaired. At the last minute I had to reschedule because I had to take my daughter to the doctor and he was very accommodating and got me rescheduled right away. He arrived on time and was perfectly okay when I offered him a pair of disposable shoe covers so he wouldn?t have to remove his boots to walk on the carpet because it was a little muddy out. He also threw a tarp over the stairs leading to the bathroom for extra protection. The temperature outside was below freezing and the second job was repairing my storm door which had pulled away from the frame during a wind storm. I felt terrible about him having to be out there in the cold but Anton insisted it was fine and he just had the best attitude. He finished both projects, which also required a trip to Lowe?s for hardware needed for the door repair, within the 4 hours. He also managed to salvage my existing exterior door frame which saved me the cost of replacing it. Everything was cleaned up and ready to use when he left. I have some renovation projects I have planned down the road and I definitely will be calling Anton again!

Anton from European Craftsman did a bang-up job for us. He arrived early and set up quickly and was a real professional throughout. He is a very likable guy, and really listens to you and offers his professional advice without being pushy about it. We got the job done quickly but with real precision. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family. We will surely be contacting him again about some more work we would like to do.

This is the second time we've had Anton paint for us. His work is impeccable. And he takes great care to be neat, puts down drop cloths where he's walking through the house as well as in the room he's painting. Our bedroom looks like new! We're very happy with the work Anton has done and would highly recommend him.

I wish there was an A+ as a grade to give. Anton arrived on time and proceeded to cover every inch of my home with drop cloths leading to the room that was being painted. He pointed out a crack in the ceiling and repaired that before painting it, caulked gaps at the crown molding......extreme attention to detail! He did a beautiful job! I am extremely happy with the results. He was very professional and courteous. Looking forward to using Anton again for other projects.

European Craftsman and Remodeling was easy to schedule. Anton was punctual and very professional. We felt comfortable having him in our home. He examined the walls and made sure he understood what we wanted. He spent time prepping walls which had some cracks and holes. He painted the walls and the ceiling of our family room. We're delighted with the results. We're planning to have Anton do more work for us.

They were very creative by making suggestions. For example, the shoe rack was supposed to just fit over the door with brackets, but because of years of painting, the doors did not close properly. They came up with the idea to cut the bracket and drill holes to secure the shoe rack more securely. Also, they very friendly, and professional.

Great. I am very picky and Anton, the owner, responded to all my requests and demands. Plus, he went beyond what I expected. Four example, he needed to replace some of the wood on the exterior post; and since he already had this wood, he did not charge me for it. Also, the overall job he did was outstanding. He made the wood trim pieces onsite and fabricated a plastic base to sit on the ground so the post would not rot again. His exterior and interior painting was likewise excellent. I have had/seen many paint jobs and his was one of the best. His meticulous care resulted in him not 'accidentally' painting the door hinges or other metal components. I recommend him highly!

It looks wonderful, and other workers coming in (plumber, electric) admire quality of work.

Anton showed up on time, finished everything within the set time, cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I was impressed with his work, and am already discussing future projects with him. I would HIGHLY recommend him!
