Description of Work: I paid for a service call but no repairs were made. Refrigerator is making a strange noise every day but did not make any noise while repairman was here. He looked over the fridge but could find nothing wrong. Ice maker could not be repaired and I decided not to get another whole ice maker unit as it was too expensive.

Description of Work: He had knowledge of a 25 plus year old Maytag. He diagnosed problem relatively fast and knew where to get part. He returned next day with part that was over night shipped to the warehouse he deals with. Would use him again. Only misgiving he slighty rough with carrying and placing his tools. Lucklily no scratches or damage.

Description of Work: My washer was no longer agitating. I called for an appointment and they came the next day and on time! I used them in Aug to fix my dryer from squeaking. Very knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell he's been in the business for a very long time. Was also able to give me tips for best washer/dryers when ready to buy a new one.

Description of Work: Our refrigerator was damaged by the moving company in a cross country move. We needed it repaired or replaced asap so they agreed to let me find a repair person locally. I was able to schedule an appointment the next morning. Don quickly diagnosed and replaced the broken part. Arrived on time, very professional. Great job!

+ -1 more. Roper parts are not available. He told us to have the propane company close off the pipe because we decided not to have a gas stove anymore. I forgot to use my coupon. :( oh well He is a very nice man. We appreciated his honesty and we would definitely call him again.
Description of Work: Mr Branker gave his expertise on our Roper gas stove which had a small fire.

+ -1 moreFirst of all Mr Branker said he would arrive between 2 and 4 pm --At 2pm he was at our door!. He inspected our old dryer and gave us options to repair or replace it. Mr Branker was very professional and explained the situation , in an easy to understand manner.This was our first time using this company , and they will be the company I call again next time there is a repair issue . I highly recommend them.
