Don came and the centering spring was broken. He fixed it and also told me that the thing that washes the clothes needed some parts. I had the work done while he was here. Very professional and did a great job. My washer is like new.

Very professional, friendly and thorough. Plan on hiring and again for an additional repair that is needed.

It went well. Although I was given suggestions for dealing with the problem, I was also given advice on repair cost versus buying new. It was very helpful and exactly what I was looking for.

Very honorable man! He fixed my dryer once: quickly, professionally and reasonably. Then I called him about a week later since the dryer had more issues. He came right away, fixed it again, no charge. Everything was fine for a few weeks and then the dryer was not getting hot anymore. He fixed it but then found a safety issue and declined payment. Very good repair service! Highly recommended!

The gentleman from Branker's is a long time repairman whose reputation has always been stellar in my community. He explained about the sensors in the newer machines and said that sometimes fabric softener residue can build up on the sensor bars. He cleaned them off with alcohol. Hoping this will do the trick. Otherwise I will keep using the dryer on manual as the parts it will require to repair(possibly a computer or chip) will be too expensive. I was only charged for a service call.

He was nice, very professional and he came when he said he was going to. He didn't charge me because he couldn't work on the LG brand.

Don diagnosed the problem to be a faulty evaporator fan. He had the required replacement part and quickly did the repair. He even adjusted the freezer door which was slightly out of alignment, and which apparently had been so since it was delivered. Don was punctual, professional, and knows his business- appliance repair! I definitely will use Branker Appliance Repair in the future and have already recommended them to my friends!

He was a very nice man, he knew his job, he was very personable. He came in and did what he had to do. There wasn't anything bad, just the fact I had to call him back. It wasn't even his fault, it was my pipes. I had a new kitchen, and I knew I had a problem with pipes that went from my sink to outside the house, which effected the drainage of the dishwasher to the sink. So I knew I had an issue. The work itself was fine, I shouldn't have had to call him back. He was very punctual, he said he would be here at such and such time and he was.

It was good. I remember the guy was courteous. He did a good job; he fixed it within an hour. I don't remember how much the price was, but I remember feeling like it didn't kill me so I think the pricing was fine.

From what I understand he did a good job repairing. Was in and out in less than a half hour. Price seems excessive; its a price I would expect to pay for same day service or off hours.

In less than half an hour, he diagnosed that my washing machine was not draining water because it needed a new lid switch. He replaced an $8 washing machine switch and charged me $220. After he left, I looked up the price range for this service and found it to be about half of what I was charged.

Don came out and checked and it explained my computer was shot and I would be better off buying a new one. He recommended a series of brands both front and top loader to me before leaving. He was very polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. It was a great experience.

It went very well. The worker was on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, advised me to get the Frigidaire's model number from the place I bought it and he'd order the part and put it in. All this was done. He was on time, professional, respectful and competent. Can't ask for more than that.

technician arrived within two hours of the time I called to report the problem. The technician said he was in the area, but either way I was very happy. He analyzed the problem and replaced the part. The part is not and expensive one, but he had to analyze the problem, took about an hour to repair it. He was very efficient and that is worth The cost of the service. Also he was very friendly.

I was contacted immediately and got a scheduled appointment next business day. He arrived on time, finished the job quickly and was very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

After my GE dryer stopped working, I gave this company a call based on the reviews. Don was great, he came within about 3 hours of my call, was prompt and courteous. It was a simple fix, he didn't over complicate it and was honest and professional. I will definitely call him in the future.

We came home after a vacation to find our refrigerator and freezer warm, and any food we had ruined. We called Branker's at 8 p.m. on Friday, and Saturday morning 8 a.m. he returned our call! He managed to squeeze us into his schedule for that day. He arrived here at 9 a.m., diagnosed the problem and replaced the needed part. He didn't charge us for labor! We greatly appreciated his effort, courtesy, punctuality and very reasonable price. We are most definitely calling him again any time we need any kind of appliance repair done.
