Description of Work: They come regularly and I have a big lawn. They do not take time to be very careful with my lawn though. They never let it get to long, but they ran over my newspaper and left shreds over my yard and my neighbors. I did call them and they came right out, but I shouldn’t have had to call them in the first place. They are very reliable and they come out every Tuesday. They are responsive to any complaints. I think when they come out they just need to slow down.

+ -1 moreFrom start to end I was happy with the service the company provided. Brenda Sunseri came to our home, listened to my needs and provided me with an estimate right away. She promptly returned within the week with a detailed drawing of her ideas (free of charge). Once we agreed on going forward, the cleaning and planting were performed in multiple steps over the course of 3 weeks. Brenda was very patient with all of our changes and responded promptly to all of my calls. We have received multiple compliments from our neighbors and from passers-by. I felt the price was a tad high, but I am so satisfied by the outcome, it was worth the money spent!
Description of Work: Residential landscaping: 1) removal of weeds and trees from the backyard; tree and grass planting and 2) landscaping to the front yard.

+ -1 moreVery Well...I was having trouble getting someone to coordinate the whole thing since it required working with tree removal people, pavers and lawn care people. Once Michel Viens took over, everything went smoothly.
Description of Work: Removed a tree from my front yard and coordinated the removal of roots from under my driveway, the repaving of the driveway and repairing of the yard from where the tree was removed.

+ -1 moreThey are on the expensive side, but I was somewhat pleased with their quality of work. However, they did not complete all of my needs. I was requesting advice in regards to tree care. They did not offer me very helpful information upon my questioning. Upon calling them, they did not return my calls; therefore, I don't feel that they are reliable.
Description of Work: I requested a one time service. They trimmed an assorted variety of shrubbery in the front area of my home. On each side of a bay window, there are arborvitaes. They shaped and trimmed them as well. Also, there is a large bush in the middle of the yard, which was trimmed and shaped. My entire yard is a 30 x 50 area.

+ -1 moreWe hired Ted Collins Tree and Landscape about 15 years ago to plant the trees that they are maintaining now. Their price is higher, but the quality is very good. We plan to continue to do business with them and highly recommend them.
Description of Work: We have contracted Ted Collins Tree and Landscape to do some tree work around the home. They have so far done some tree trimming and put mulch around the bottoms of the trees. They have yet to do some tree surgery as well.
