Description of Work: I called and made an appointment for someone to come to give me an estimate for an outdoor painting job. About 10 minutes before they were to be here, they called and said they couldn't make it. They also said they would call within the next couple of days and reschedule. I didn't understand why we couldn't reschedule when they called, but it didn't matter since they never called back at all.
