Description of Work: My husband and I were very pleased with the personable service that we received from Jim and Tim. They always had our best interest in mind and listened to all our thoughts about changing our porch into an all year round room. Their suggestions were extremely constructive as well. When discussing our budget they were able to work with us to bring down the numbers with the same quality that we would be receiving having us do a little of the "legwork" involved. We did not mind that at all. They took all the time in the world to speak to us and discuss the job twice. There was absolutely no "sales pressure" whatsoever. I would highly recommend Keifer-Randall Construction to anyone looking for personable, caring construction service with your wishes in mind.

Description of Work: KR installed vinyl siding on my 100+yr old farm house and turned it into the best looking house on the street. they worked on it for 3 weeks in the dead of winter and did a fantastic job. i was up against a completion dead line due to a home re-finance deal and they completed on the day they said they would. Siding looks great and they guys were troopers through the VERY cold weather Additionally, KR did a complete tear-off of my 12/12 pitch barn roof in late winter after the siding job. they installed metal at my request and it looks and performs great. I, myself, completely remodeled the house over the course of 17 months and never hired a sub contractor. I knew i could not effectively do the siding myself so i sought a contractor for the siding. I had several bids on the job and KR was the cheapest by 15% or so. Tim and Jim (the owners) were onsite daily to evaluate progress and whatnot - that was reassuring and demonstrated commitment to completion. As far as the roof on the barn - as i said, it is a 2 story 12/12 pitch. i can roof myself, but i know when to NOT do something. KR gave a competitive bid and had the job done in 1 week after start. between the 26 sq of siding and the +-15sq roof i spent $17,000. it was a fair price for the quantity of work done. If i had more money and/or more projects, i would turn to KR.
