Description of Work: We had an issue with our dishwasher not pumping water. He came out and looked at it. What was great is he didn't just start working but explained what he thought it might be based on our description and then told us what he would do and cost estimates for each action. He then asked how old it was and even looked at our paperwork to point out that it still had a month left in the 5 year warranty. He asked us if we wanted him to look at it for the easy solution he thought could be wrong. We said yes. Luckily it was just something jamming up a rotator piece. A piece of plastic from a broen dish was lodged in it. He removed it and all was well. He only charged us $65 which was well worth having it taken care of. The better part is I now have a repairman on file I trust.
