Hank answered his phone on second ring at 8:30 AM. Very pleasant on the phone. Asked good questions to understand the problem. Said he could come today approx. 11 AM and would call 10 minutes before arrival. He called and was at my home at 10:50, earlier than anticipated. Very Good. Hank was very pleasant, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the job. Work done quickly. Parts in his truck. Cleaned up, loved my Irish Settler. Shared a coffee and some great conversation. Would recommend highly. I will call again if i need appliance repair.

Hank came within hours of our initial call. He easily identified the problem and fixed it immediately. Parts were $150, labor was $100. I would definitely use his services again in the future for appliance repair.

It went very well. I got to clean out the fridge and watch Hank do his magic. He's a nice man and very knowledgable. He had to leave and buy the part and even doing that he was finished in about two hours. It wasn't an easy job as we have a side-by-side fridge and it's harder to work on. His bill was very reasonable.

Each time I have called Hank and left a message, he calls me back as soon as he can. He often can come over the same day or early the next day He is familiar with all models and appliances and often has spare parts with him so it often takes no time to fix what's broken. He does not fix heating/furnace systems but he can often recommend someone. He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and has fair prices.

My dryer was making an odd clicking noise that sounded electrical to me. Hank came promptly, tested the dryer with towels in it, and heard the same sound. After taking the dryer apart, he determined it was not electrical and suggested what it could be, as this sound was not common to him. He cleaned the machine, oiled the parts believed to be the culprit, and checked the ducts inside and outside. He tested the dryer again with towels, and the sound was gone. So far I have done three loads and the machine is working fine. Hank was forthcoming with what I needed to know, respected my concerns, solved the problem, and left having cleaned up from his work. I am glad I can safely use my dryer.

Hank is a very efficient and friendly person. He came by to see why the range was not working. Found the circuit boards needed to be replaced and would return when he had the boards. Very soon after Hank returned on time, fixed the problem and gave us a very reasonable bill. At no charge, we had a very interesting conversation as well. You can not get better than that.

We have a older model stackable washer/dryer. To do the repair work, Hank had to do alot of dis- assembly work and then put it back together. He spent quite a bit of time there and did not significantly increase the price based on all of the unexpected extra work. He did a great job and will now be our go to 'appliance repair' person.

Great! As sadly the long term one completely retired and the others were in general a discouraging ,ingnorant, expensive, dis-interested lot. Hank did his best to eliminate phone tag, came on time, cleaned up behind the washer, replaced a large part, confirmed that the diagnosis and treatment suggested for an appliance at work was total nonsense. Thank Angie as our few acquaintaces could not suggest anyone. Now we have a great appliance repair person and probably will drop the service contract on 2 items that was taken out in desperation!

We played phone tag for about a week due to both our busy schedules, however, once we hooked up, Hank was at my house on time the next day and in about an hour my machine was back running like new. He had the agitator dogs with him on the truck and he replaced the part in a very short period of time. Best call I've made using Angie's list!

Hank analyzed the situation over the phone, scheduled a visit, showed up right on time and conducted the repairs professionally. We had considered tossing the dryer. Glad we called Hank. A+.

He is a very nice guy. He wasn't here very long, but he did a good job.

He sold me because he was so honest. He told me I had a corroded ground. He took off the panel and it sure was corroded. He sanded it down and put it back on and I was back in business. He was very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He was honest and well spoken.
