Description of Work: We remodelled a kitchen and hired AJ Leto & Sons to finish the plumbing portion started by another provider. Switched defective new sink out for another new sink, without damaging new countertop. Had to adjust counter opening to allow sink to drop in properly. Reconfigured pipes below.

I called them a couple of time and left messages and they did not call me back. I am located very close to them and they did not even bother calling me back. They did contact me on Sept. 29 and were very polite. I would give tem a try. We understand as we are in our line at the hands of less than interested 3rd parties to take messages and at time relay response.

Unfortunately we had issues transferring phone calls to a different phone number when the owner was on vacation during that week which is why we never received [member name removed] message. I spoke to customer [member name removed] as soon as this issue was brought to my attention from this Angie's List review. I immediately called and apologized to [member name removed] and explained what happened. We make it a practice to return ALL phone calls and messages.

It went just fine! Everything was done in a day, including clean up. Also, they cleaned the water gauge (for free) and showed me how to do it myself next time. This is the second time A.J Leto & Sons has done work for us. We are completely satisfied.

I was more than impressed. The professionalism and promptness was fantastic. I called to get a quote to have air conditioning installed and because I have base board heat the price was much more than expected. Then the owner mentioned ductless air conditioning to me. He gave me a quote and left me a brochure. There was no hard press sales job at all. The price was exactly what I was expecting so the next week on Monday I called to order the air conditioning. They installed the unit that Friday. The staff was very polite and professional and did a thorough job. I am very pleased with this organization and would highly recommend them.

I called on Tuesday and didn't think it would be the same day when I was advised a worker could be at my residence in 2 hrs. Rescheduled for Friday and worker promptly showed up on time. Work was completed in a timely manner, the price was definitely fair and communication between the owner and myself was very professional and I felt confident that the work would be completed correctly.

He was dependable and came when the contractor needed him. It was right after a flood and he was very busy at the time. I really don't know him other than that the contractor used him and he seemed ok. The quality of the work was very good.

It was a small job. The owner, Joe, was very punctual. Their pricing was reasonable. It was always professional work. They can pretty much do any plumbing or heating that we are in need of. They have very quick turnaround times as well. We will use them again in the future.

As I said, it was as good an experience as we could expect. We will call him from now on for service and for plumbing problems. He seems honest and his workmanship satisfied us.
Description of Work: The owner and two helpers removed our old furnace and installed a high efficiency 80% Tempstar furnace. They were professional in their work and cleaned up afterwords, were courteous and pleasant, and it was overall a good experience. Joe Leto did not suggest the 90% -- higher priced -- furnace as an alternative, nor does he have a trip charge. (We called him to unplug a toilet a few days before the furnace work.) Our only regret was that the new furnace was no better at getting heat up to the second floor than the old one.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that the new furnace does not get heat up to the second floor better than your old furnace. Although this new furnace we installed blows heat more efficiently and will save you money on your utility bills compared to your old one, at times the original install of your duct work in your home when your home was built can cause air flow issues, especially to the second floor. Sometimes a simple thing such as opening a damper that may be closed, or changing the size of some of your duct work can solve the air flow issue. Please feel free to call us and we will gladly come take a look and find a solution to your air flow situation. We are glad to hear that you feel confident in our workmanship and customer service to use us again.
