Mark and John did a professional job in removing the old water heater and installing the new one. They were on-time, courtesy, completed the job in a timely manner, and clean-up after the job was completed.

I requested an estimate for water heater replacement & garbage disposal removal. Despite a listing of "free estimate" in the "About" tab, "General Information" section; Diane left message that there would be a $69 charge for the estimate because "its a service call; not a free estimate call".

The gentleman showed up on time and we’re very courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend and will hire again for future needs.

The plumber was able to identify and isolate the leak very quickly. I was given a list of options in order to remedy the situation based upon cost and project duration that made this experience a pleasurable one.

Perfect. Job was done quickly.. reasonable price. Was informed about their service plan which I did purchase because of future discounts and free furnace/AC inspection this year. All in all, a very good experience with them.

I had an appointment scheduled to receive an estimate for repair work. However, no one showed for the appointment and I did not receive a call to reschedule.

Miguel did an excellent job. He arrived on time and before starting he explained what he need to do and what it would cost. It didn't take him long to replace the faulty valve. The cost was a little on the high side, but worth it. Will definitely hire this company again.

The work went smoothly. Steve answered my text promptly. He showed up on time. I have used Steve as my plumber for 15 years. He explains everything in simple terms I can understand. He stands by his work. I would not want any other plumber working in my house. I have recommended him to several of my friends and they have had him back for other work when needed.

Terrific experience. From prompt response, quick diagnosis to completed repair, all were done quickly, accurately, professionally with courtesy. Explained repair to be made in detail, ensuring I understand what was being done as it was done. Price was quite reasonable, too. Would not hesitate to rehire or recommend.

They responded quickly and furnace was replaced the next day.

To AJ & Sons, God Bless you for showing up in this bitter cold and fixing my burst pipe in our newly finished bathroom on a Sunday, the only company out of the 15 we called to do so! And for not charging us an arm and a leg for it! Ever need plumbing help, emergent or not, they are the only ones we will be calling!

AJ Leto and Sons showed up with all the parts needed to perform the job. The repair was completed quickly and the work area was left clean. Work was completed exactly as discussed beforehand. Professional and prompt service!

Very well. I called Cole Leto on a Saturday night, late, as my mother in law had water spraying into her kitchen from the bathroom tub above. Although they typically do not have teams to work on Sunday, Cole came over himself to fix the leak and install shut off valves at the tub. He really helped us out of a bind that day. My mother in law is elderly and the whole leak really threw her. I will call on them again and have used them many times.

The plumber came promptly and made the repairs. This is the 5th time we called Joe for work - from repairs to major installations. The guys always do an excellent professional job. And Joe's prices are the lowest.

I have to say with everything that was going on at the time this work was being performed that AJ Leto & sons are at the top for customer service and the fastest at responding to any and all issues, regardless of how much of a B---- I had been at the time. We had just moved into this house and it was a mess so my stress level was a bit high. Yes there were a couple of mistakes made. However, the service after the sale and the response time to my issues was EXCELLENT! I would highly recommend AJ Leto & sons to anyone in need of HVAC or Plumbing work! They went far & beyond the call of duty to make me happy! Update: I was being nice since the Son came by to look at the washer and dryer issue and I was issued a credit. However, I am not happy at all with banging my arms on these doors. And now have developed a horrible sewer smell every time washer is ran. Also garbage disposal plumbing fell off and made a real nice mess under sink and into basement last week. Just keeping my fingers crossed on the A/C unit installation as we only used it for 2 months. they were very professional. did a great job! they were here the day after i called them. i couldn't be happier!

Job was done promptly and efficiently. Materials used were those quoted for (name brand). Results were great. They cleaned up after themselves. They took time to explain everything in detail. All of that in addition to being 40% cheaper than then next closest bid.

Due to a loose clamp in a baseboard heater pipe installed by A J Leto & Sons Plumbing (as hired by the local General Contractor) there was water damage in both our 2nd floor Bedroom as well as the 1st floor Dining room section of the newly constructed addition. As a result of this water damage, the Glycol Antifreeze introduced in the heating system was partially drained out. The restoration process was performed by a local company hired by the general contractor and with the exception of an accidental nicking of an existing pipe it went according to the schedule. As a result of this mishap though, the remaining Glycol was also drained out! The reconstruction project was done by the same General Contractor. Per my request, this General Contractor sent a scanned note regarding the lost glycol on the Water damage accident. In this note I had asked the Contractor to look into whose responsibility it would be to take care of the Glycol refill charges.

I called in the morning and the very polite worker was here within an hour. He reset the toilet which had been leaking into the basement. It has been fine ever since. I would certainly rehire this company.
