My experience with Rhino Mech. was great, John and his helper showed up at my house exactly at the time he said he would arrive. I'am a novice to home improvement DIY type, and John was very attentative to my questions and concerns. He and helper did an efficient job, and cleaned up after the job was done, and gave me some recommedations for my boiler.

John was on time, very polite and personable. He quoted a price before arriving and told me what was wrong with my hot water [a thermocouple]. He fixed it quickly. It now works great. He also installed a kitchen faucet, fixed bath faucets and replaced a gas line union. I feel very safe now that he fixed my gas line and hot water heater. Would definitely use him again and would recommend him. He is quite knowledgeable in his field and explained things clearly. It was my pleasure to meet him.

I was confident in John doing a good job after reading his referrals, and also he was friendly person to approach with my concerns, he is a courteous person and knows his field.

Boiler went out and Rhino came and repaired same day. It did not cost an arm and a leg.

Friendly, knowledgeable, professional...new boiler was installed in good time, price was reasonable, they even cleaned up after themselves. However, when I contacted them for a second project, they missed two appointments.

I sent the eamil requestiing service to several companies and within 2 minutes, John called and set up an appointment. This was on a friday evening and he came promptly on sunday at 9:30am. His service was great, he had all the equipment and parts needed for the job. He was very knowledgeable about the boiler and the problem I had.
