Mr. John Livingstone and his crew replaced my non-functioning 30 year old gas boiler with a brand new state of the art boiler on July 29th 2021. The removal and installation took about three days to complete. Mr. Livingstone and his assistants were very professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about exactly what was needed for the job. They cleaned up everything and no debris was left on my property. My boiler room has been transformed into a work of art with all the new black and copper piping in addition to Rolls-Royce like boiler. Thank you Mr. Livingstone for this amazing gift. Completely unprofessional. John Stone does not return phone calls or text messages for repairs on a hot water heater he installed that always need repairs with a six-year warranty. Thank God I work for a law firm may have to take it to the next level.

Rhino diagnosed issue with oil burner not turning on. They noted it required a cleaning after testing electrical connections. Cleaning was done and new chamber installed. System is now working better than before. Thank You.

John Livingstone was one of the most efficient professionals I have ever worked with.. He did an extraordinary job diagnosing, repairing, reinstalling a troubled heating system in my apartment in my very old building. There were many problems that no one could figure out and John was so thorough and devoted that he left nothing undone. He was creative in the way he diagnosed and repaired every one of several problems that no one had anticipated were there. He instructed my entire building on what do to get my heat back working. He runs his business with rigger, professionalism and integrity. Everything was put away and cleaned up before he left, and full explanations with full instructions were offered. This was a very difficult situation to handle and he took care of everything brilliantly, even with his apprentice. I have rarely seen a business run with this level of skill and attention to detail.

Freezing cold and the boiler stopped working 10 pm. Called Rhino and a representative actually picked up the phone at 12:37a.m! Spoke with John who assured me he would come over in the early morning which he did at 7:30am. Repair was made within the same day as promised in the most professional and courteous manner. John also referred me to a chimney cleaning service that was excellent. I will use Rhino again and wholeheartedly refer them to anyone who needs honest heating service specialists.

It would help if you know some basics about the problem.Otherwise you end up paying a lot of money like me to get something fixed which one can do on his own .
