John was very professional. He answered all my concerns and did not give up until he found the problem.

I had an emergency. My boiler was carbonized and emitting noxious carbon monoxide fumes that presented a danger to me and my family. They came immediately at 8pm in the evening so we were lucky to not have to go without heat for very long. Their price was also cheaper than many of the other quotes I got. Felt like it was a godsend to a very stressful boiler emergency.

John is a very nice guy. Said he would arrive at 7:30AM and called to let me know that he was right outside. Worked very hard to solve my problem, and even called after he finished to check up to make sure that everything was still working. He knows what he is doing, and would easily recommend him to anyone looking to get any type of heating repair done.

My boiler broke down and I needed emergency service. When on home advisor and was recommend Rhino heating. Received John call, he was patience, understanding and answer all my question, even showed me what to look for after the installation. John and his assistant was excellent, detail and knew what they were doing. They were on time and gave me a status update constantly. They even cleaned up after themselves. I would hired them again, when needed and the price was reasonable.

On a particularly cold day, I had a boiler problem at 2:00 am; apparently the pump had died and there was an unbelievable loud noise emanating from the boiler. I turned the boiler off . At about 6:30am, I began to look for a heating contractor and came across Home Advisor's website, from there I contacted Rhino and one other contractor. Rhino called me back by 6:45am. The problem was fixed right away and so far everything seems fine. The contractor was timely, professional and best of all the cost was nominal. Would certainly recommend Rhino.
