Everything went very well. The cleaning crew (2 women) arrived on time. They told my wife they would be done in 2 hours. My wife returned to the apartment after 2 hours and the job was completed. The workers did a very good job. The cost ended up being less than the original estimate. We were very happy with their work and would definitely use Metro Maid again.

Two cleaners spent 3 hours cleaning our entire house. I don't expect the entire house to be done perfectly, but I expect what is done to be done well. Compared to another company I have used (with same service - 2 cleaners for 3 hours), Metro Maid fell short. They generally just were not as detail-oriented in getting rooms clean. They also cost more than $50 more than the other service. They also brought their own cleaning supplies, and the cleansers used on my stove top has stripped the shine/varnish in a couple spots. I was extremely unhappy with that of course. Cindy was extremely nice and professional but based on the services provided, I will not use them again.

Fantastic! Cindy is wonderful and her team did an amazing job. We just moved in to our new home the week prior, and had the hardwood floors sanded and poly'd. Needless to say there was a layer of dust covering everything, even in places I would never think to check, and they cleaned them all! They even thought to clean out the little traps at the shower drains. My wife came home later that evening and was literally speechless. Kitchen, bathrooms, everything dazzling. Cannot rave enough about Metro Maids. We will be arranging a regular cleaning schedule with them going forward, for sure.

I am always happy with the job. They are thorough, quick, and efficient. Communicating with the workers directly is difficult, but they send out the owner or her husband with the 2 workers. We don't have communication problems because the owners translate.

The owner Cindy Tam came to our apartment and was very pleasant and professional. She made us feel so comfortable with her from the beginning. Her staff was amazing with the detailing as they cleaned everything from our refrigerator to our ceiling lights. Our oven even looks brand new. We're definitely using them again. Definitely worth every penny. Thank you Cindy and team!

I contacted the provider through Angie's List on a Tuesday morning asking for an estimate on short notice. Cindy responded quickly and was very accommodating by coming by the house on Wednesday. We walked the house and discussed my needs. She was able to arrange for a crew of three to come by that Friday (Aug 29th) to clean. For over 3 hours, the women cleaned from the floors to the ceiling including getting on step stools to gets any remaining dust or pet fur (we have a cat and a dog) from the ceiling fans, tops of furniture, light fixtures and window treatments. The women were very pleasant. Brought their own equipment and supplies and efficiently worked their way through our home. Cindy called me into a room now and again to make sure it met my satisfaction. I look forward to having Metro Maids come back to help maintain the clean house I now have.

It turned out very well. They assisted me with helping me walk and get dressed. They also helped me do some housecleaning too. When cleaning, they never drop or break anything either. They did an excellent job and I am very pleased. They came on time and that was important to me. I didn't have to go over every little detail either, they knew exactly what to do. 2 maids came out and the director, Cindy, as well. They stayed for about 2 hours at a time. They were just very helpful in whatever I wanted. I am still currently using them and I have been using them for a long time.

After some minor construction work was done in my house, I was left with an unexpected mess. Unfortunately, I was supposed to have guests that weekend. This company went out of their way to get me an emergency appointment with very little notice. The workers who came were professional and very pleasant. They got rid of all the sawdust and my house looked and smelled clean again. They did a great job and I would definitely hire them again.

Cindy and the two women who work for her arrived about 5 minutes early to set up and prepare. They were quick and had a little time left over to do things I had not requested earlier...which was a good thing. Cindy is very nice and seems to really pay attention to what her workers can do and how they can always go an extra mile. There cleaning was thorough. When they left, the house smelled clean and fresh. They used products that were gentle, but clean well. They were all professional and nice. I would use this company again. In fact, I plan to use them again very soon.

Cindy Tam, the owner, is on top of her game. She provides housecleaning that I have never seen in over 25 years of using housecleaning services. I rate her and her service A+ excellent!

They asked me to put things in a box and throw some things out. They provided very comprehensive and effective service for the price charged. I think my landlord recommended them a couple of years ago. They have the tendency to put things away and not tell me where they put them. It's a minor annoyance. I have to spend time trying to find out which closet or drawer they put things in. Otherwise, I'm very happy with their service. The cleaning lady that owns or runs the company understands English perfectly, but the Hispanic ladies that she hires don't speak perfect English. It's a little hard to understand. If Cindy, the cleaning lady isn't there it's hard to give them directions. When they know what they're supposed to do they do a great job, though. There is a little bit of a communication problem. They understand a little English, so it's not total non-communication, but it's hard to get the nuances of things. They almost never show up at the time that they say they are going to show up. They usually come out within an hour, so it's not that bad. They definitely do a professional job.

The owner, Cindy Tam, called and said they were running late, then they got lost, so they ended up being 1.5 hours late. I gave instructions to her and she translated to the 2 young women who didn't speak English. Their work was passable but not as thorough as I wanted. There were a few things I needed to clean again after they left. For instance, they dusted around picture frames and did not remove them and dust the entire shelf underneath. Some items in the bathroom they did not dust, they were not thorough behind the sink faucet or around the tub faucets. Plus, the owner was a real talker as she helped them finish up and continued to talk for a good 20 minutes while the girls waited to leave by the front door. I was starving and couldn't wait for them to leave. For a 2 pm appointment, they worked for 3 hours after finally starting at 3:30, but weren't out of here until nearly 7 pm. Also, I did not expect the owner to tell me to tip the girls. Would not use them again.

THEY WERE VERY ORGANIZED FROM START TO FINISH. THE ROOMS LOOK SO CLEAN AND SMELL FRESH. THE CLEANERS WERE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, AND EFFICIENT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.
