Great. They were very thorough, professional and efficient. There were some tough areas and they got everything.

We recently lost our house keeper who was with us for years. We called Cindy who came with two very fine ladies the following day. They gave are home a thorough cleaning. All the ladies were very polite and capable. We were so pleased we have set up the next visit.

Extremely well. Contracted for ongoing periodic cleaning, as I was so pleased with the results. I am very happy with the work and the responsiveness of this company. I feel like I found something I can count on to make my busy life easier! This is a great feeling. This is a great service.

This was the worst experience that I have ever had with a cleaning service. I hired this agency to clean a home for a client and nothing that was promised was delivered. I was and stil lam very upset and dissapointed with how the owner of this company handled everything. I would never use nor recommend this company ever!

The owner brought two women with her to my house, on time, to clean it from top to bottom. They went over the original time estimate but did not charge extra for this and did a very thorough job of cleaning everything. I look forward to using their services again.

Cindy and her team did a fantastic job cleaning - above and beyond any cleaner I have used previously - her team was communicative, responsive and friendly. Cindy was communicative in setting up the appointment and on time. I look forward to using them again and having them in m home. The cleaning people did an excellent job with the kitchen cabinets, the slate surface surrounding the fireplace area, the wood floors, and the bathrooms. We were particularly impressed that the slate, which looked worn, looked like new after they finished with it. The cleaners worked around six hours are were meticulous in cleaning every part of the house except the windows and tile floors in the kitchen and den, for which we had previously hired other people. We were very pleased with the job they did, and would hire them again.

Called at the last minute after someone else cancelled. Team was there super fast and did a great job. Very satisfied and would hire again.

Very well. Cannot give details because I have a home health aid at mother's home when they clean. I'm not there. But I met with owner Cindy Tam and she is very personable and professional and pleasant.

The owners and staff were extremely professional. I could tell that they were focused on providing quality work because of their attention to detail. I felt comfortable with the decision to hire Metro Maids and would highly recommend.

The cleaning service went well. Cindy and her employees were very nice and completed a thorough cleaning in less than 4 hours. There are hardwood floors throughout my house which came out amazing after the ladies completed the job. I would definitely call Metro Maid again.

Cindy is the best!!! She figured it would be better to have 3 girls cleaning for less hours than 2 for more. As it turned out, the 3 girls needed to clean for 8 1/2 hours but it was worth it!!! My parents home (which is pretty large - 5 bed/3 bath) was cleaned in places I never think it was cleaned before. The girls were absolutely lovely and did not dawdle at all - they cleaned ALL day long. I recommend MetroMaid and Cindy for any job small or large. You are getting the personal attention of someone who really cares about the job they are doing and the people they are doing it for. Hard to find anyone this kind AND good at their job!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Cindy was very accommodating as to our time table and the two individuals that performed the service were hard working and meticulous, The work exceeded expectations.

Everything was great. They were more or less on time, very courteous and efficient. They bring their own supplies (including vacuum) and didn't disturb me at all. There were 2 girls who did the entire house.

The owner Cindy Tam came to see my house. We discussed and agreed on a price per hour for 4 hours. 2 ladies came to clean the house and did a good job, but they took too long to clean. They could not finish cleaning all the areas in the house we needed to clean. The owner complained the ladies needed more than 4 hours to clean my home, and she would have to charge me $75 per hour. I've had people come over to clean my house for over a decade, and it takes 2 people 3 hours on average to clean my house from top to bottom. I can see how Cindy could try to charge us more since she charges per hour, and I did not like her approach.

They cleaned my mom's house which had been neglected for dusting over the last few years. It was tidy but not very clean. By the time they left the house was immaculate and fresh and looked beautiful. Cindy and the women in her charge accommodated every request I had and even went above and beyond by running to the store to buy a product that would make the floors sparkle!!!! I wish I lived near them and could have them clean my home regularly. They are top-notch pros.

They arrived timely, I previously requested additional people so it can be done in one day. They did a great job, I did need to direct Cindy in where I wanted the focus. It was t cheap but they really cleaned the place

They came on time. Were accommodating, friendly and qualified. Asked me specifically what I wanted done, and performed the job well. I would use this service again.

I have been using Cindy and her team for a little over a year now. As a person who is highly allergic she is awesome. They provided Green products and they left no piece of furniture unturned. Due to the size of the job they take just a little under 5 hours but the end result is priceless. I am so happy I found them and extremely happy with the services they provide.

Hosting our first Thanksgiving Dinner this year and wasn't sure if either myself or my wife would be home for an house cleaning appointment. Called them yesterday and they had a last minute cancelation. Even though we were only supposed to have two workers, an additional two were brought free of charge to expedite the cleaning. Once completed, I was happily surprised in the results they were able to achieve in 2 hours. Both owners came by to check progress and one stayed the entire time to supervise. Both owners were a delight to work with and based on this experience, would recommend them highly.

My husband arrived at our newly purchased home and it was dirty. I was cleaning up at our old home and knew for him to call me and say so, it had to be REALLY bad. I called Metro Maid and they were able to fit us in that day! We had 3 girls for three hours and they did everything, from baseboards to inside every cabinet and appliance. Their prices were reasonable and I am thrilled with their service. I will continue to use them.

We wanted to have the services performed quickly (within the next 5 days) and Cindy moved her agenda around to cater for our needs. She came in beforehand and discussed with us what needs to be cleaned and how much time it would take and we agreed on duration and tasks. Unfortunately at the day of cleaning it seems she had to reorganize and came with a crew of rather inexperienced workers. After the agreed hours were up, the work that was planned was not at all done to our satisfaction and after returning home in the evening i complained to her. Now where you would likely have a discussion with other providers on expected cleaning quality, Cindy acknowledged that we were not happy and agreed to fix all our complaints by coming in again. She did, brought in a crew of her experienced cleaners and everything was finished to our complete satisfaction. Can fully recommend the services and dealing with Cindy is a pleasure. She takes care about her customers and you can expect a service to your satisfaction.
