+ -1 moreArk Remodeling Consultants were here at 8 AM and they had to wait out the hard rain until 11:00 AM The crew covered everything with drop clothes and did not leave any mess. They took away a double roof, the old plywood, the gutters and downspouts. They even sanded and painted my old range hood because it was still in pretty good shape. The rain caused 1 day delay on the gutters and they did a nice job in and out of the rain. Gerry Z.
Description of Work: Replaced 4 sheets of plywood, New Roof with architectural tiles and vented on top. Gutters were installed the next day and included in the price. Nicely pitched from center Great job!

+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job, staying until after dark to make sure all was right, including clean up. I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: They were contracted to remove old roof and place new shingles. Upon stripping the old roof, they found plywood to be de-laminating, and it needed to be replaced. While we were somewhat dismayed by the extra cost, we were glad they told us and gave us the option, which we took, to make things right.

+ -1 moreReceived estimate on Monday - work done on Friday of same week.Crew was professional. Arrived at 7:20 am and finished by 4:00 pm. They had to replace all the plywood on patio. Property was cleaned to the point that you would not even known they were there, except for the brand new roof.
Description of Work: Rip-off of two previous roofs, had to replace plywood on patio roof. Installed new roof on house and patio. Ten year labor warranty.
