Description of Work: We had a back up in the drain pipe from the house to the curb. It ended up being caused by tree roots and the contractor cleared them. We did't have time to research pricing so do not know if it was a competitive price.

Description of Work: Replaced housetrap in basement. They did a great job, were always on time and were available immediately when needed for initial estimate. However, I was told I would be given a break on the price because the first quick fix they tried did not work, which they made it clearly aware to me that it might not. They were supposed to give me a deal on the second job but I don't think they did. Worst of all, someone on the crew stole an extension cord out of my garage during the job. I would still recommend them though do to their promptness and quality of their work.

Description of Work: Fix hook ups for bathroom sink. Drilled a hole in vanity for pipe but drilled it in the wrong location because he didn't ask me where I wanted the vanity positioned. He had a younger guy assisting him. The younger guy hooked up the facet on the sink and put it all on backwards. I had another plummer redrill the proper hole in the vanity. I had to take the facet off and put it back on myself. I would never use this company again ever!

Description of Work: Toilet was plugged. Would not flush. Could not be plunged. Called RFC and less than an hour later, a plumber came to the house and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. Very polite and professional. Was careful not to dirty floors or carpet. would definitely call them again!

 + 0 moreI called the company on Friday the 15th of April and made an appointment for the following Tuesday. The morning of the appointment the owner called to ASK if it was OK to delay the appointment because he had an emergency at a local school. I agreed and he called back about an hour later and we moved the appointment from 9AM to 10:30 AM. His employee showed at the agreed time and completed the work in about 1 hour, this included time to go and get some supplies. There was no mess from spilled water (i had experienced a large mess from a previous repair and a different company) and the work was done as agreed. Although not inexpensive, I believe a plumbing contractor who does quality work will not be inexpensive. You pay for what you get..
Description of Work: RFC Contracting repaired a leak in the plumbing between the city water line and the water meter in the basement of my home. Required shutting off the house water, draining the line and the replacement of some old black pipe water line with new brass fittings and copper pipe.
