The internet connection takes like about 30 seconds to connect. The phone service that they provide has standard features like caller ID, call waiting and others.

They are responsive and efficient, but I think they are grossly overpriced. Their internet service is what I would call adequate, but they are actually quite good with customer service. It's expensive. They're certainly there when you need them, but I'm not thrilled with their pricing. They are actually quite good with their responsiveness but they should because they charge enough.

They are our cable provider whenever we need help. You can have a really quick phone call with them, and they will talk you through it. If your service is not working, or you are having trouble fixing something up, they are very, very good in providing their service. However, I am disappointed with the fact that I have to have cable boxes for all my TVs to get the basic cables.

They came and fixed our TV, and they do a good job.

I've used them for 4 years. I really don't have a choice where I live. It is them or nothing. They do okay and they just take my money. Everything works and I don't have to call them. They could be a little bit cheaper but they are not. I've called them a couple of times when things didn't work and they helped me right away. They are very professional.

I think I pay too much. The internet and phone is fine, but the cable TV after the first year is overpriced. I pay them on a monthly basis. I recommend Dish Network. I will use the internet and phone service in the future and I will cancel the TV service.

Their service is decent provided you get in on promotions. I have to say that their prices are going up and up. Basically, their service is okay.

I pay too much...I bundled them all together. I always find once they get you in there after the first year the price goes skyrocketing. They tell you it's only for one year. They really have a monopoly here.

I have not had many problems. When I have the technicians are always nice and help solve the problem.

I have been using them for years. The service has had problems since they were bought out by Time Warner. The service blacks out. I get a recording when I try to call them. They call you immediately if you do not pay your bill on time, but yet I cannot reach them. I would suggest finding someone else if you are looking for service. I will continue to use them until I can find another company that offers a package.

They service our area so there is not much choice.

They are very responsive. I cannot comment on price or service because I have nothing to compare them to. I've only used Cable Vision for these services.

There is nothing outstanding about them. We would like their services to be better but we haven't got the three way multiple planners done yet. Our overall experience with them has been good.

I switched to them about 12 months ago. It was like a package deal and I get all the channels. They are cheaper compared to the other cable companies in the area. I found it of contrast where they locked the pricing, but that was a lot less than what I was paying to my other service providers at that time. My overall experience with them has been pretty good. The cable companies are really expensive. Their quality is pretty good. I will have to use them as I have a 2-year contract with them. I will have to evaluate as it is so expensive, and how much I pay every month.

They are available 24 hours a day, they're reliable and I have had no problems with the services that I now use. I would not recommend the telephone service, however. I am satisfied with my services and I will continue to use Cable Vision.
