Description of Work: I have used optimum cable for almost 30 years at 4 different addresses in 2 different states. My recent contact with them was to cancel service since I moved to an area they don't service. Within 2 weeks I had a check from them for the balance of my contract month. They always provided excellent service. If they ever start servicing my area I will switch to them.

I was not given an appointment time, but the tech called me when he was about 30 minutes away to let me know when he would arrive. He installed everything promptly and he paid careful attention to quality. I absolutely recommend this company for cable, internet, and phone service.

Cable Vision is a company we will continue to use because we really do not have a lot of other options where we live. I will say though that our computer always seems like its going out and they are not easy to contact by phone. They are not good at permanently resolving a problem either. I am not really satisfied but unfortunately, I will continue to use them at least for the time being because we are in the mode where we are grinning and bearing it.
Description of Work: Cable Vision handles our cable and internet services for our television and computer. We pay a monthly fee for the service.
