Description of Work: I was very impressed with this company's responsiveness. I had no sooner submitted my request and I received a phone call to set up the appointment. Since I have a recurring ant problem I decided to purchase an annual plan and the Angie's deal price was applied to it. The first exterminator came on a Saturday and was very professional. One month later a second gentleman came at 7:15 am so I wouldn't be late to work. His approach was a little different than the first. Both times they were very attuned to the fact that I have a dog and used appropriate products. Ant traps and bait were used where the dog couldn't get to them. I would definitely recommend this company.

Description of Work: Pest control. Somehow I missed the part where I had to pay separately for both floors, I thought it went according to square footage. Anyway I did see a dramatic decrease in the pests. The only problem is that some of the stuff they spread under my cabinets did not stay put and kind of came down looking like brown taffy.
