Knockout Pest Control

Beware, tried to rip off my elderly parents. My parents entered into a MONTHLY contract with them for pest control. So they showed up at beginning of month to install some bait stations and said they would be back in a few weeks to check they were installed correctly. WE ARE STILL IN THE SAME MONTH. The tried to double charge the month of July to follow up on the initial installation. They kept saying "it's a monthly charge" and we told them WE HAD PAID FOR THIS MONTH... and then when we SHOWED THEM that we had already paid for July they changed to story to a "new fee".... There are other businesses that are not shady, use them and stay away from "knockout"

The technician, Mike H. was very thorough and took his time to explain everything in detail so I understood what was being done, and what to expect. The person I spoke to in the office to set up the appointment was also very patient and explained the process and services in detail.

Knock-Out responded the most quickly, and their service and price were excellent. They solved my problem and gave me peace of mind - I'm so grateful. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, polite, efficient and thorough. I highly recommend and can't thank enough.

Technician arrived within time frame as stated. Knowledgeable. Answered all questions and provided alternatives to protect home from termites, including Sentricon. I made up my mind that Sentricon system would be best way to move forward. Within 1/2 or so, the system was in-place. Technician explained when he would return and also a reminder of what needs to be done annually. Great service for a reasonable fee.

It went very well. The exterminator checked the apartment thoroughly, made some recommendations and exterminated the entire apt.

I scheduled an appt for regular pest control maintenance as I am currently under a yearlong contract with Knockout. While the tech was spraying the garage, we noticed mud trails and as the tech inspected thoroughly, he showed and explained everything as he worked and found termite activity. Although termite treatment is not part of my contract, he was able to sign me up on the spot and stayed to perform the termite treatment. After the tech left, I realized there was an Angie’s List discount being offered which I wasn’t offered. When I called Knockout the following day and mentioned the deal, I was immediately credited the $300 plus tax difference in price from their rate to the Angie’s List discounted rate. I was very pleased with the work performed on the spot as well as how knockout immediately rectified my payment.

Very well. They did such a good job it's been almost 2 years and I haven't had an issue again.

Allen, technician, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, precise and helpful. He provided great strategies to prevent any future episodes and went the extra mile fixing a few things along the way. He is incredible! When I asked him if his colleagues were as good as him, he said absolutely! He also possesses great customer service skills. Fred, agent, was helpful and provided a great deal of insight to the services provided. I also received a call from Andy notifying me of a more precise time of arrival. I appreciated that too!

Couldn’t ask for a better company. Knockout has a technician available the following day and he was punctual to the minute. Worked delegently on the problem and did not complete until I gave approval. The cost for the package cannot be best either and trust me I looked.

All of the staff that I spoke to on the phone were professional, helpful and responded quickly to providing me a quote, scheduling of the work and submission of insurance to comply with my commercial building requirements. The team was well organized and efficient. The inspector and his dog were on time for our 7am appointment, The inspector was through, personable and professional. I would definitely contact Knockout for any future needs that I might have and recommend them to others.
