Description of Work: It went fine. The technician put down special bait and traps for ants and regular glue traps for mice. He updated me on what further steps should be taken to address the problem.

Description of Work: Came to my house to see if we had bedbugs. Gave us an honest assessment. Found no bedbugs but bugs weeval bugs. Was very punctual and efficient. Will use them in the future if needed.

Description of Work: They were great. They contacted me back fairly quickly . The exterminator was on time . However they don't treat grubs. I told the girl who originally answered the phone that it was grubs . She never related the message . He came looked , confirmed it was grubs but was unable to help me. Apparently it's a garden problem. I would use them in the future and definitely recommend them . They were professional. On time. Courteous . This was one of those things. Thank you

Description of Work: Treated for ants with no noticeable results. Ants still come and go as before. Called to complain and was told it takes a few weeks to see results. One month later, still having the identical problem. They said I should have taken the annual plan but it was not offered in YOUR listing or by the guys that came. I wasted $99 and will not renew with Angie's again.

Description of Work: Got an annual contract with knockout for my building. They came and sprayed for ants in the spring completely eliminating what is usually an several week long invasion. They came back to investigate a smell over the summer and more recently to bait for mice as they start to come in for winter. All the techs have been professional and punctual. They have explained where they are looking and what they are looking for. I have been exceptionally happy with the service and plan to renew when the year is up.

Description of Work: I had a very bad ant problem. They came and did the outside and where they were inside (everything pet friendly). They warned me that it could take up to two weeks before they subside. Sure enough around the 7th - 10th day I called. Again they stated that you have to give it 14 days. On my last call they set up a date when the two week timeframe was up and they treated again. They are going to be here every three months to spray the outside. Whatever they do they were 100% right. This is the first year in a long time that this problem is under control and I have used other companies. I highly recommend them and there office staff were very patient with me.
