Description of Work: I called and said that a giant black bee was hovering over my deck. He explained that it was carpenter bees and they make a hole in the wood for their nest. It was easy to make an appointment. |The exterminator arrived two hours into a three hour appointment window. He was friendly. It wasn't obvious where the carpenter bee nest was located, but he was patient and continued searching until he found it. He sprayed the powder into the hole but nothing happened. So he sprayed a second time in the direction that the bees had eaten into the wood and three bees came out and died. I will call them the next time I need an exterminator.

Description of Work: They dug about 7 holes about 2 ft deep around the property and placed termite bait in the holes. The company was very responsive and returned my calls quickly. But the worker did not clean up after his mess. Please make sure you tell the employee that comes out to service you to clean up his mess. Other than that it was a good experience for me.

Thank you for your purchase of the Sentricon Termite Colony Eliminations System. I am very confused about your C rating. We did not send you direct mail. We did not have a telemarketer call you. We did not have anyone knock on your door to sell you anything. You went to the Angie’s List web site, purchased this valuable deal and requested that we provide this service. Your comment: “Just installed the sent ricin without inspected any termite” Sentricon is both a preventative as well as a curative product. You had a baiting system from another company that apparently was not serviced and perhaps out of warranty. You now have the state of the art baiting system, Sentricon with Always Active bait. Your home is now protected. Any possible existing termite colonies will be eliminated and future colonies will be eliminated before they can damage your home. Please reconsider your C rating.
