Description of Work: Only sporadic treatment was administered. Whatever was present in and around the house before the treatment is still there. To be fair, Knockout made it clear that it's not a "guaranteed" service, and they didn't charge much.

We spent 1 ½ hours providing this treatment. We treated the exterior perimeter and the interior perimeter including the basement. The work was done on June 26th, 6 days ago. It may take up to 14 days for the products we use to be effective. All the pests do not come into contact with the products immediately. Description of Work: They eliminated a carpenter bee nest. It went fine. I was under the impression they would also be fixing the problem that allowed them to enter the roof which was not part of the deal. I'm not sure that price was worth them just spraying.

Description of Work: I had knockout pest control last spring to eliminate an ant problem in a residential home. One year later, I needed the service again. In both years, this one visit service solved my ant problem. This year the problem was resolved faster than last, cost was $107.00 including tax through an Angie's List special offer. This year, at the time of the ant elimination service, I also decided to purchase a termite treatment service for a small beginning problem that I did not want to get worse. They follow up next spring. Price was $920.00 including tax. It includes follow up in one year. The technician who performed the service was on time, very knowledgeable about the service, and acted very professionally. So far I am very satisfied.
