Description of Work: They seemed a little annoyed to deal with Angie's List vouchers when I called to schedule the appointment, and let me know they will be collecting $4 or so for taxes. In addition they reported that they did not contact me as the website said they would because "Angie's List doesn't give them the phone number." I explained that I do work and could not be home before 5 PM, but someone was still at my home at 2 PM. To be fair (and hence I give a D rating and not an outright F) the vendor agreed to return at 4:30 PM and the main office called to let me know that I better be there by that time because the vendor "couldn't wait all day." Upon rushing home to arrive by 4:25 PM I had to call the vendor back and wait for him. He checked the bug I had collected in a bottle-- a spider beetle, and not a bed bug. He wanted to be out right away, but I asked if he would at least look at the bed and room in question (e.g provide the service I paid for). He went to the room but "did not want to mess up the bed." So, I paid for nothing, and in my embarrassment at the whole exchange gave him $15 (additional to cover the tax they cared so much about, and an undeserved $10 gratuity). The vendor took my money without so much as a " Thank You." They do not belong on Angie's List.

Description of Work: they called a head of time to tell me they were on their way. very professional, wore shoe coverings. gave good advice. very punctual and nice.

Description of Work: This was for Termite service. Service was requested due to termite swarm one day in April. Service man Terrence showed up on time and did a inspection and found no signs of termite. Drilled 4 of 2.5 inches holes around the house peripheral, deposited the baits and sealed the holes with covers. Service man said he would comeback to inspect twice a year but so far nobody has showed. It is not sure whether the baits worked or not. Will update the post next spring.

Description of Work: I used an Angie's List deal of $100 for a one-time treatment for spiders and crickets. It was easy to schedule. Then, on the day of service, the representative who came was right on time, very courteous, and knowledgeable on our many questions. He treated inside and outside the house for spiders and crickets. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Inspected for and confirmed presence of bedbugs. Immediately initiated plan (at discount) of two freezing treatments. Followed up with a third treatment of freezing and exterminating chemicals at no additional cost when problem persisted. No trouble at all since then. Service techs were very friendly and professional, and main office staff was tremendously helpful and understanding.

They were compassionate and spent a great deal of time talking me throughout his difficult process. The men who worked in my home were very polite and professional. Dee talked to me on the phone many times and was always patient and caring.
