Knockout Pest Control

Technician put bait stations, snap traps -- and poison in obvious "holes" from the outside where the rodent could have entered or might be exiting. My follow up service was today and another technician checked the bait stations. Rodent is still in ceiling/walls and he said if on the next checkup the rodent was still there, they would put the poison into wall where we are hearing the activity. Both technicians were very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I purchased the service call to install the bait stations, etc. and then checkups each month for the technician to check the bait traps to see if any of the poison bait has been eaten which would be an additional charge each month. I also purchased their KO 12 plan which covers any emergency calls for 12 months, which not only includes the rodent situation, but other pests like ants, roaches, etc. This was definitely money well spent, as now I am getting ants in my home and the technician today also treated the house for ants. I would definitely recommend Knockout Pest Control.

Great job i have my kitchen and house back again once in a while i msy see an ant or two but the hordes of them are gone

Great experience. Both Erin and Edwin were pleasant and informative. I learned more about ants than I needed to. However, this morning it appears I am ant free. Highly recommend. Purchased the annual program.

Knockout came within 1 day of calling them. They were very helpful and very courteous. Am using them continuously.

I called at 1p for termite treatment and they were at my house at 3p. Also the cost was 40% less than I was quoted by Terminex. Techician was great- I think his name was Edward or Edwin

They came out once. To do pest control you have to do it consistently. One service is not enough. I talked to them a couple of times. I had made two payments. What I needed to do is combine the two payments and get a one year deal, but I don't know what came out of that. There was one worker and he was here for 25 minutes. They didn't use anything other than putting stuff down.

It went very well. The lady we spoke to at the office (Yvonne) was very helpful in explaining the options for service, and in answering all our questions. They were able to come very quickly, and the technician was very professional and thorough, and clearly knew what he was doing. We are very pleased with our experience with Knockout and look forward to working with them in future. The cost shown is for a full year contract, not a single visit.

It went great the technician was pleasant, well mannered, well groomed, and asked me questions that would help best suit my needs. Once complete, he explained what he did and let me know with the 1 year service plan they would come back anytime i noted an issue, and suggested preventative maintenance. I will update next service needed, which should be soon as there are a lot of crickets in their traps.

At first it did not appear that the traps were having any effect. But, eventually he got caught in one.

Excellent work, would hire again if needed.

The people at this company are extremely nice, prompt and professional. They have been out here twice. All they do though is put out glue traps and poison, things we can do on our own for much less. It has been a month and we still have mice. We have paid for a year contract so we will call them again if we have ants or other problems when it gets warmer, but for the mice it was a waste of money. They get high marks for friendliness and professionalism however.

They were very nice and reliable! You also don't have to sign a contract. It was $150 for the evaluation ($150 goes to bill if you use them for a service) and the second visit was only $81.00. They were very accommodating as well and came out the same day I called.

They did a very thorough job. I thought they were quite professional and quite competent. They were willing to spray parts of the first floor but I declined. They were fine.

It was a terrible experience.! I contacted Knock-Out because we saw a rat in the house. We had never had any problem prior to this time. The technician came out and inspected the house. He said there was no evidence of rats but there was a small mouse problem. He put out traps and and showed me the hole around the pipe where rodents could get in. As soon as he left I patched the hole using steel wool, iron mesh and then plaster. 2 days later we found a rat, lethargic and dying (from poison) in our family room. The patch in the hole in the wall was intact, so no new animals could have come in.. I immediately called Knock-out and asked them to come remove the poison as I was afraid if there were more rats I didn't want them to die in the walls and I have dogs, which I didn't want to try and eat a dead poisoned rat and get poisoned themselves. The service people at Knock-Out were not only unhelpful, they were incredibly rude and condescending. First, they told me there was no rat problem, as their technician had not seen any evidence. This was after we had not only seen rat but found one dying in our house. They said that the technician hadn't used poison, even though it is clearly written on the receipt that he used poison. He said that for twice what I had paid they would come back and reevaluate the problem. I calmly explained that they had made a mistake leaving poison in the house and I just wanted them to come remove the poison they had placed, as I didn't know all the places they had put it. The supervisor said this must be a new rat, since their technician hadn't seen evidence of a rat. I pointed out that we had seen a rat, which is as clear evidence as you can get, and he said "you can't believe what the customers say, I mean when you go to a doctor do they just believe you" ( I found this particularly ironic as I am a doctor, and a patient history is crucial to diagnosing an illness). In short, they made a mistake as to what the problem was and refused to take the very simple step of just returning and correcting the problem. I would absolutely not recommend this service because they do not stand by their work or correct mistakes.

The technician arrived at my home on time, was very professional and courteous and appeared to have great knowledge when it came to treating the pesky ant problem that I had. He made sure he paid special attention to the trouble spots. I would definitely use and recommend this company

This was very well. I purchased a contract with them. I feel like I got a good deal and expectations were good. They did what they were asked to do. They were very good professional. The guy knew what he was talking about.

They arrived on time, and removed every scrap of the nest. They were polite and respectful. In and out in 15 minutes. I was very pleased and impressed.

One time visit. Tech came out and laid traps and that was it, no follow up. Quick to schedule.

The specialist was super cool. First of all, I was happy they showed up on a Saturday just a day or so after making the initial call. When he arrived, he walked me through my entire home showing me all vulnerabilities for mice. He inspected all the big appliances and laid down glue traps. We also found a dead rat in my tenants unit. It was something the tenants suspected and the reason I paid for the service in the first place. The specialist cleaned it up and showed me how to patch up the hole it got through. He also put some poison bait in the ceiling of the basement. I paid for a year's worth of service and they're supposed to come back quarterly to inspect. We'll see how those visits go. They were really informative and calming when it comes to something as unappealing as mice, roaches, and rats.
