Description of Work: The man they sent (Junior) really knew how to locate the inhabiting rodents and placed traps all over the place. He also found areas where the creatures were getting in. Six months and haven't seen or heard a live mouse again.

Description of Work: We had a mouse in our apt. We were about to go on a trip and wanted to make sure access was found and controlled before we left. Tyrone from Knockout came the day we called, found the point of access and exit, and did a thorough job of solving the problem. We were so pleased with the service that we hired Knockout to be the exterminator for our building.

Description of Work: Able to get appointment very quickly and installer came on time. Installer was very professional, courteous, explained the whole installation process and answered questions to my satisfaction. Installer inspected house for pests & termites and installed Sentricon System and removed existing Sentricon system which was installed by previous service provider. I switched company as the price was reasonable for new installation plus yearly maintenance cost will be 45% less than my previous service provider was going to charge me for 2016. Even cost of new installation & first year maintenance was 23% cheaper than maintenance cost.Surprisingly both service professional are highly rated on Angie's list. Pays to shop around.

Description of Work: After purchasing their service with a guarantee I was told they could not perform the full service (outside evaluation) due to the cold weather and that they would come back in the spring, sprintime met with me having to convince them to complete the service. By May I still have mice and to this day it is a problem! When i called they refused to honor their "guaratee" unless I paid for another service call!!!! in other words knockout did not knockout my problem!!!!!! WOuld not recommend them!

1. Thank you for your purchase of a service for the control of mice. This program has a 30 day service contract. 2. On our initial service on February 20, 2015 we provided a complete service except for the exterior inspection. We did not perform this service not because it was cold, but, because there was snow on the ground making a thorough inspection not practical. 3. Not once did you contact us informing us that the service we performed was not effective during the 30 period of the service contract. 4. We did return on April 23, 2015, inspected the exterior and provided you with rodent proofing ideas, AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. 5.
