They came, performed the service and left. They called a couple of days later to find out if everything is fine.

It went very well. representative introduced himself and was very courteous. he explained everything that he would be doing and explained the product being used. it only took abour 1/2 hour.un

It went perfectly. They came on time and treated the affected areas. The put down some gel and placed some ant traps around the doors and sprinkled some granular material around the outside of the house.

They do a good job, but their fees are high.

I always request CJ, who is is punctual, knowledgeable and does a great job! No complaints whatsoever.

I got the Big Deal for termite control for $900. It included the installation of the Sentricon bait stations in the ground around the perimeter of the house. The description on Angie's List omitted the language that these installed bait stations are not the homewoners property and are the property of Dow Agro Science and will be removed by Knockout upon termination of the agreement. Well, my agreement was for one year, with an option for a second year, "but not required." I paid for the first year for $900 and decided not to renew for the second year. I must have received a dozen phone calls, multiple emails and renewal notices in the mail. Very annoying. I did not want to renew and didn't feel I needed to since I paid so much for the original installation. I finally received a call saying that if I didn't renew, the bait stations were going to be removed. After talking to Erin at Knockout and stating that the information or "fine print" was not included in the package that I purchase on Angie's List, I was told that since my contract says the units will be removed upon termination of the contract, they were removing the stations on October 10, 2014. I feel I fulfilled my one year contract agreement by paying in full on Angie's List. I will never do business with or ever recommend Knockout to anyone. I will also beware of other contractors' Big Deals on Angie's List as they may be falsely advertising their services too.

They seemed to be knowledgeable and they wanted to sell me the entire plan.

They are 'On Demand'. If you see a problem, call them and they show up.

I called Knockout after seeing swarming termites in my home. A customer service rep named Karen that answered the phone was absolutely wonderful. She explained the treatment that would be done and seeing that I was an Angie's List member directed me to a coupon special that they had that I was not even aware of saving me 300 dollars. She even went as far as to rearrange prior appointments to accommodate my very tight schedule on a Saturday , so as to get my property treated as soon as possible. She could not have been nicer or more helpful. Very pleased with this company, and will use again and recommend to my friends.

They are very good. I have used them for about two years now. I had another company which was garbage, and I received another bid that was three times as expensive as Knock-Out. Knock-Out was cheaper with a better review. After they started coming out, the termites were under control. I also use them for maintenance. This entitles me to a free checkup every year.

Very pleasant and helpful customer service rep. Service tech was prompt, and very thorough.

I discovered termites in a basement window frame. The service tech came out to inspect and I signed up for the pest control service. Tech was on time and friendly. He drilled holes for bait stations that were 6 inches from the garden border in the grass and were bright green. Very obvious. I would have preferred them in the garden to cover with mulch. Was told "they will get grown over and fade into the grass in about a year" I called to have them moved (sent pictures) and customer svc coordinated date to move them. Nice people. You should observe the installation of holes to make sure they are in the right place for you and the installation.

They were helpful, polite and got back to me quickly.

The technician arrived, he explained how he would be treating, gave me the forms for the chemicals, explained the contract - he took a look around at the areas where we'd seen ants, he treated and then left. Everything was very easy, he answered all of my questions - I had questions about the chemicals with my being 6 months pregnant and also having pets and he was able to address my concerns.

I liked the fact that they knew what they were doing and that they were confident that they were going to solve the problem. Their price was to my satisfaction. At first I thought it was a little pricey, but the end result from what I've experienced was okay. They were also very prompt and very professional. They really solved the problem and I would recommend them.

I called Knockout and another pest control company. I was impressed with the other company, but found that I was similarly impressed with Patty at Knockout, for a much more reasonable price. Patty was very accommodating and shared the multiple options available for me to consider. I ultimately opted for an annual program. Patty had someone over to my house within hours of my phone call. She called me when the technician (James) was within minutes of my house so that I didn't have to wait at home. James came over and was professional and explained what he was going to do. He told me that I should wait for up to 2 weeks ( which I thought was a super long time) before calling for another treatment. Within 48 hours, all ants were gone - or at least, I haven't seen any. I would highly recommend Knockout!

They call, they come on time, & look at the inside & outside of the house - unlike a different, bigger company I'd used in the past. They've always been wonderful - especially in comparison to the other well-known company I had before.

I spoke last week with Freddy, and he was very nice and accommodating in getting an appointment for me at the late time I needed (4PM). I purchased the special on Angie's List of $200 (63%) off a KO contract. I've had exterminators come out in the past for specific problems, but finally decided I wanted a contract. This time my concern was mice that were trying to get into the house, plus we've had water bugs/big huge ugly roaches in the past (of course they found out an exterminator was coming and disappeared for a few days, but I know they'll be back). Frank came out, and he was actually early for the appointment and was planning on waiting in his car until the time of the appointment. I told him to just come over and start, since I knew my husband would be home soon and he would be the one doing any dirty work that needed to be done. Frank went over each area of the house I was concerned with, plus others where he knew pests like to hang out. He put sticky traps where the water bugs seem to come out from, as well as a new layer of granules (ours was getting old). He put in mice traps in the kitchen just in case, moved the stove to check behind it, and really did a thorough search of the house. He showed my husband the holes in front of the house where the mice may be coming in, and when my husband went to fill them in with steel wool I realized that was exactly where the noise was coming from. Frank very clearly explained the contract and how it works. We've had odd infestations in the past (drain flies one summer and then moths last summer) so I'm sure that this summer I will be calling them more frequently. Frank couldn't have been nicer and more helpful, these guys are great!! If you have pests, I highly recommend you sign up for their KO service to get rid of the buggers.

They did 3 sessions and I purchased 3 mattress covers from them, but they wouldn't honor my discount because I forgot to bring it to them when I first contacted them. The people who did the work were very nice though

The overall experience with Knockout has been very good. Customer service reps are always friendly and professional. The technicians mostly are knowledgeable and courteous. They took care of the carpenter ants, ants and other pest issues this past year for us and overall we are happy with their service.

Rat traps were placed in various locations of the premises, and when the same specialist arrived the second time to remove the traps, he placed the onus on the tenants to locate the traps for him. He conveyed a cavalier attitude, refused to answer any of their questions in detail, and did a sloppy job at removing the traps as several were left behind, only to be handled by the tenant to be discarded. For over $800, this service was garbage.

It was good. He was professional and we have had no problems since.
