Knockout Pest Control

I'm surprised at the good reviews for this company. We have termites in our detached garage and wanted only that area treated. I told them that we did not want the full system of bait traps placed around the home because of the hefty price tag and eternal service contract. They all but refused and continually tried to up sell with scare tactics. When I finally asked point blank whether they would just spray the one point of trouble she said the minimum charge would be $1000. Shame on you Knockout.

They did such a good job that I didn’t need to get extermination done. They were on time. They use chemicals that were safe with children. They were professional. They were in when they said they were in. They were in uniform. They were efficient. Their price was good.

Very satisfied so far with knockout. We discovered termites during a basement renovation. Knockout Responded quickly to service call, coming the very next day. installed many traps around the house and even one in basement when live termites were discovered. They Have done good job of returning every month so far to test check traps and even proactively calling ahead of visits to since they need access to inside the house. Dont know if termites are gone but No complaints with knockout

The technician was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very professional and offered many tips on how to prepare for an exterminator. We would definitely use Knockout again!

The overall treatment went well. Although, There were no sealing of cracks done or suggestions on how to remove the probelm such as with other exterminating companies

Knockout Pest Control did a great job! From my first contact with them, their professionalism and great customer service was evident. The worker that came to the house was on time and ready to go. I thought thy would only treat the kitchen, but they went throughout the house--very thorough! A week later, I received a call from them as a follow up to check to see if everything was OK. Once again, courteous and professional. Best yet--the treatment worked. Though I know I will need to treat my home regularly, there is no doubt who I will call. Thanks for doing such a great job.

It seemed to work. I see the occasional stray ant by the station. I was pleased. He was more then happy to explain what he was doing, where he was going and the chemicals he was using. He was very forthcoming to give me that information and what to do and not to do.

I noted a problem with common ants which necessitated this service. I purchased this service through Angie's list. An appointment was scheduled promptly. George was polite, professional and on time! I ponted out my areas of concern and they were immediately addressed. George then went to work on the rest of the perimeter. He did an excellent job! I would highly recommend this company to anyone and would definitely use their services again. Thanks George for a job well done!

The tech was professional and responsive to my issue. Its still early to see the results but i would recommend the company to my friends.

They were on time and did the install even though there were no signs of termite infestation. It was costly, but priced fair.Because I am selling the house, I had to comply with a request from a buyer's inspection.

they put roach paste and it worked for a time but the roaches are back

They were very professional. Even called to update an hour change in expected arrival. The workers wore special booties in the house. We signed up for the year contract and they have come twice since for carpenter ants. George was very nice and thorough. We still see ants but there are definitely less. Hopefully if we stay on top of it, they will go away.

James is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Besides spraying pesticide, Hedid the termite inspection very thoroughly. He also explain the warning signs and how to prevent them. The work went very well.

See above, no more ants and they are everywhere, even the bank counter where there is no food.

I called last minute as I was leaving town the same day and they were able to squeeze me into the schedule even though they were fully booked. George was punctual, friendly and professional I feel confident that the treatment will be successful and I know that if we need any other treatments I can expect the same level of service. The price was a little high but I guess that is the price of quality work.
