I have a termite contract with them so it's continuous. $400 a year.

There was a huge bee hive in my tree in the backyard. They came same day I called and handled the problem. They even took care of the cleanup. I would definitely hire again and refer to a friend.

I called and got an appointment right away. Customer service person very helpful. Edwin from knockout pest control was very professional and polite. He was actually early for the appt. He listened to my description of the problem and explained how he was going to proceed. He gave me all the printed info from the chemicals he used and sprayed not only in the basement and kitchen but also the entire perimeter of the house. I paid for an annual contract so I was very happy with my first experience. I was seeing ants every day and in large quantities, It has been two days and absolutely no ants. So far so good.

The work was okay they only sprayed my kitchen, the living room, and around the exterior of the home. I still have ants around the house so I do not see much of a difference.

The job went well. They responded promptly and sent a very qualified technician (Junior) who was personable, professional and very thorough. He also noted a small damaged section of roof which he thought might have provided a moist area for an ant nest. Several days after he treated the area only dead ants were visible.

I would like to commend, the first class service that, I received from Knock-Out! Their service man Edwin explained everything in advance and worked quickly and very professional. Pricing was very fair as promoted on Angie's list. A+

I purchased an annual service contract for my home in Westchester, NY in February 2017 with Knockout Pest Control. Knockout Pest Control has serviced my home six times from February through May 2017. Each time the service was performed the it was difficult to schedule an appointment - I have since found out that Knockout only has one person who services Westchester County. Per the 'service', the serviceman was always rushed to get to his next appointment - therefore the work that was performed was subpar and I still have mice. The sixth and final service that was performed was done by their 'best supervisor'...this said supervisor came to my home to evaluate where the mice were entering the home. Why this was not done before the sixth service is shocking. The supervisor checked the bate traps but did not replace the traps with new bate! I asked why he wasn't replacing the bate... he said there was still bate left in them for the mice. By not replacing the bate you cannot gage the success of the pest control service or if the bite marks in the bate are new/old. I have since hired a pest control company that services Westchester County and is replacing the bate EVERY-TIME they service my home.

It went very well. Knockout was very profficiant, detailed and on time.

They removed the old pods, from my former pest vendor and replaced with new ones that are just as effective at a much better price. I haven't seen any activity since and there's no signs of termites in the basement either.

Jim G arrived on time, actually even a little early! He was neat, well spoken, friendly, polite and extremely professional. As he worked, he educated me about how the mice get into the house, how they nest, how they attract other mice, etc. I was VERY impressed with Jim. He thoroughly informed me regarding the plan I chose and how to use it to my best advantage through the year. I never once felt pushed into purchasing anything I didn't want; he advised me which plan would be my best fit. Couldn't be happier that I chose Knockout!

They were good. We didn't renew it for this year because the price went up to I think $450. The price of $350 was fine, but the price went up for this year so we didn't renew. They were very thorough and they helped us with the bee problem we had, as well with some other issues in the house including ant and crickets in the basement. It took them about 45 minutes. They workers were very good.

they put out some traps to try and catch the mouse, but they were upfront and said we can move the traps wherever we see the mouse. it took a few weeks, but we eventually caught the mouse. we also had an ant problem. since we signed up for the yearly contract, we called them and they came out the same day, did their thing. they did another inspection and recommended service every two months to resolve the issue, but it was covered under the contract, so no additional cost. very professional, very personable. would definitely hire again.

Knockout Pest's customer service is awesome. They answer the phones and you speak with a real person who is very helpful. They came out today to do my annual termite inspection and bait check. The tech was very professional and neat - even put booties on when he came in the house. I had some ant mounds so he sprayed on the spot after calling the office and setting up a pest contract. After dealing with Terminix, Knockout is awesome!
