They did a good job and they were very efficient. They were excellent.

We still had a huge nest of spiders in exactly where he sprayed so you decide. I guess you get what you pay for.

He came out on Saturday. He was going to spray indoors and outdoors, but I have three cats and I decided that it would be best to just spray the outside. He was very nice and polite. So far I haven't seen any bugs.

Frank arrived, discussed the problem with us, and went directly to work. He explained the work he performed, told us he would come back if the problem was not resolved, cleaned up after himself and left. We have not seen an ant since, nor have our neighbors in the basement and upstairs. Good job!!

They came out right away and took care of the problem, so I was really happy with that. I am not sure about the effectiveness yet. I liked that they did not charge for an assessment, they just came out and did the work.

a salesman came to my house, inspected, and then we talked about the sentricon system. he explained it all and when he told me the price, I was ok with it bc it was MUCH less than anyone else.

The first person I talked to no extra cost was mentioned but when I called the second time I was told I would have to pay the tax even though there is nothing stated in the fine print about extra cost or tax.

We had a great experience with Knockout Pest Control. My husband called to get information and schedule the service due to an Angie's List special. We were able to schedule an appt. for a few days later. Danny was our technician and he did a great job. We had a black ant problem but needed a spraying as the house we lived in had been vacant for over a year before we moved in. Throughout the process, Danny explained what pests were normal, examined a few I had collected, and promptly began the service to our home. As soon as he entered our home, he put on booties which I appreciated as I have an infant. I would recommend Knockout Pest Control to others and will call them for future services.

I came to this company based on one of the Angie's List deals. The process from scheduling to actual service was excellent. When scheduling the service, the person I dealt with on the phone was pleasant and courteous. Making the appointment was easy. The date the service was scheduled, the technician was delayed by traffic. The company called me twice to apologize for the delay and to assure me that the technician was on the way and would be there as soon as possible. The technician was great - very professional, but also very friendly and down to earth. He was very thorough in doing what needed to be done. He obvious knows his job and enjoys it as well. All in all, an excellent experience. I would definitely use this service again.

The service from Knockout Pest Control turned out very good. They went through the house and identified what the problem was and treated it. They told me how to deal with it, to prevent it from coming back. This was the first time I used them. They were very good. Both in dealing with their office and with the worker they sent out. They were all very good. They took care of the problem I had and it's gone.

It went well. We thought we had a carpenter ant problem turned out they were flying ants. John asked if he could inspect our basement. He saw evidence of termite activity. Looking further he showed us that we had live termites. We signed up for their termite treatment.They installed it within a week.

Tech showed up on time, he evaluated our concerns about ant issue. He surveyed the area inside and outside of my house but suggested to make another appointment due to rain since he said he will not able to effectively treat outside coz of rain. We made another appointment, tech showed up on time, he sprayed the areas we had problem and showed where ants are entering from etc.. After the treatment we have not seen any more ants in my house, I am very happy with Knock-Out's service and professionalism. If I have to I will use them again.

It went well. They responded right away and came out the following week. Installed the system in about an hour with no problems. It was a very reasonable price too.

I was very impressed with Eric from Knockout. He was very straightforward and even told me how to address the root of the problem, which was water getting into the walls through old window caulking, and poorly primed and painted windows. He told me to take care of those issues first, and how that may even take care of the carpenter ant problem without me having to pay for his services. He also walked around to other rooms in the house to where I had spotted ants to look for any issues. He also walked around the outside of the house to look for any other problem areas. He recommended that I make sure the gutters were cleaned, since the wet leaves provide a home for carpenter ants. He also suggested I trim back a tree that had several branches leaning against the siding since it provided an opportunity for ants and other insects to get into the house. It was very refreshing to hear his recommendations, which were all things I could do on my own. And even though I didn't end up needing his services (per Eric's own suggestion), I will be sure to call them in the future for any pest problems.

Called on a Sunday and they came over later that day. The provider walked through the areas that had high levels of infestation and put down traps and poison. He also gave tips about how to prevent or reduce infestation.

The young man covered all areas. The kitchen, basement, bathrooms, outside entrance to the kitchen, upstairs and window sills. He was very polite and informative. Its been a month and we have not seen any ants or roachs any were inside the house. I would recommend this service to all my freinds and neighbors.

It went well, we originally found termites flying by the rear window of our dining room, Knockout explained that the process would take a few weeks for the chemicals to take effect and during that time we may see occasional swarms by the window which we did and that the best way to deal with it is to use a hand vac to sweep them up. After a couple of weeks we did not seem to have a problem with termites anymore. I would recommend them to anyone in need of termite control

This company is wonderful. They explained everything I needed to know. Dee and Patty are wonderful customer service representatives. They are an asset to their company and to their boss. Based on the information they provided me, I plan to use the services from Knockout as soon as they can make it out! They quoted me a great price!

had noticed a bunch of ants everyone in my house around the start of ant season, mostly in my 2nd floor bathroom the Gentleman from knockout pest arrived on time. his name was CJ and was very friendly, courteous and professional. he took the time to ask me where i wanted to focus on the house and laid out a bunch of ant bait. i immediately noticed a difference the next day i would/will definitely use knockout pest again, and when i do i will definitely be requesting CJ's presence, one of the hardest working guys to perform work in my house. thanks again
