I talked to Dee. She was very helpful and informative. Helped me make the right choice of how to proceed in getting rid of bed bugs. First suggested that I have a specially trained dog come in to find out exactly where the bugs are. Fortunately the infestation was confined to just one bedroom (had recently gotten a new mattress !). I decided to go with the one time only HEAT treatment. Portable heater/fans are brought in to heat the ambient air temperature of the room to @ 130 degrees for over 2 hours (the bugs and eggs are literally dried up!). In addition they also applied a bed bud residual chemical treatment to all rooms. Saf, the exterminating technician, arrived exactly on time (7 a.m.) and was very friendly, polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable and well trained. He clearly explained what he would do and what to expect. In order to run multiple heaters, many power sources (some 220 volt) have to be tapped. Saf was well versed in how to safely and efficiently find the necessary power. After three weeks since this treatment, I am happy to report that all bed bugs have truly been "knocked out" of my condo !

My hard-to-please dad was very satisfied with the entire process working with Knockout. My parents discovered termite swarms in their house and I had 4 highly rated vendors from AL come give us quotes. Of all the vendors, Knockout was the most professional and thorough in their initial inspection. Knockout was the only vendor who followed up after the inspection to walk me through and explained the situation and treatment process. Also, their quote was the most competitive as all the vendors seem to offer similar termite bait systems. The person who installed the system was also very thorough, doing another complete inspection inside and outside the house before installing and also added additional baits inside the house. Overall, we had an exceptional experience working with Knockout.

It went great. Edwin was a really great tech. He took the time not only to do his job but to show me where we had areas of penetration and within 48 hours Mickey was dead.

The tech got up on a ladder and injected some sort of powder. He explained what he was doing, why and what I could expect in the coming weeks. I really appreciated his taking the time to educate me. I felt he was very thorough. He looked from outside the house, from inside the attic and he walked all around the perimeter of my house. I was very pleased with his thoroughness and professionalism.

Very good. No more roaches. I didn't like that they did not offer a guarantee though unless i bought the package for the year. I trusted them because l had hired them begore. However I think they should have offered a guarantee for at least three months.

I called to ask for more information about bed bug services, specifically thermal treatment. The phone operator refused to give any sort of pricing guidelines. I had to first commit and pay for a canine inspection before she would even consider giving me a quote. I continued to press, asking if hypothetically 3 of the bedrooms tested positive what would the ballpark be, and she refused to even give an estimate of costs. I own a multifamily home, with 2 apartments, and 9 bedrooms. Initially, I asked how much it would cost to have the whole house treated. She said they would not do this. Then I asked for a general estimate considering the area we already know have bedbugs and again she refused. I can't believe this company does not have a standardized price list to give estimates. I can't commit to a company before I know how much the treatment might cost - and since we already had a canine inspection and ineffective treatments I don't need to go on a fishing expedition to find out if my tenants have bedbugs. Though I was willing to pay for another canine inspection to enlist their services - I am actually willing to pay a lot to solve this problem but I need to have an idea to what I am committing to and know that the company I am enlisting is transparent. Other companies have volunteered ballpark figures. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is the second time I've used Knockout. The first time, four years ago, was for an ant problem. The service this time around was just as successful as the first time: since they treated the house (inside and outside), I've not seen a single cricket. They again were prompt and professional. A good experience.

The exterminator showed up on time and was great throughout. He walked me through what he was doing and was Great are explaining the steps he was taking. I will definitely use them again.

Lee (the Trapper) came and assessed the situation. He set traps outside and inside the house and predicted the amount of time (3 weeks) it would take to get the job done. Lee came almost every day (even on weekends) to check to see progress. He changed traps and bait in an effort to capture the critters. Finally the squirrels were out of the attic and did not return. He placed a temporary plate over the hole they used to access the attic. As predicted, it took three weeks.

I hired Knockout Pest Control because I discovered rotting wood molding around my garages doors and feared I had termites. They were punctual and did a thorough look outside and inside my house and looked under beams in my basement. He discovered I do NOT have termites. I really appreciated his honesty and services.

During my phone call to schedule an appointment,I mentioned that I took pictures of my potential termite infestation. They told me to send the pictures their way so they can take a look to let me know if they are infact termites & suggested next steps from there. The following morning, I recieved an email letting me know that they weren't termintes but an ant that is not harmful. I was not charged nor made it seem like I was wasting their time. They went out of their way to make sure I had a great customer experience and if the moment arises where I need someone to come to the house for a pest control incident, they will 100000% be the first ones I call.
