So far, no mice. We have 30 days guarantee. If we see any activity, we can call them back, no charge. We use this company for termite control as well.

The bugs we see now are mostly dead, or dying. It is still too soon for me to judge.

The man came and was able to get on roof of porch through a bedroom window and then with a ladder was able to reach the nest (which, luckily was empty) and then removed the nest and sprayed the surface of the eave with something to prevent any further building of a nest. This was done in approximately an hour.

Knockout put traps around and that was helpful...Initiatlly there were signs of the mice... and we weren't sure we had it under control..But I must say..not signs recently for weeks now...maybe months....

Dead bees began to fall on the walkway in front of the house so I guess the treatment was successful. I have not seen any wasps in the house since the treatment. Technician was very professional and explained what he was going to do and the type of material he was using.

Service man arrived on time, was polite, knowledgeable, and got the job done.

Went great- arrived on time as scheduled. Only thing was that he told us to plug up holes he made on the garage wood- he closed the main entrance that did the trick....it is too much or a job for me to do- but I am HAPPY:) to say the least....

Frank, Knock-Out's representative, arrived at the time I requested which was early in the morning (8 am) due to my tight work schedule. He was very professional and knowledgeable. After doing all of the above mentioned work, he then made recommendations to me on why I was having an infestation problem and what I could do myself to remedy the situation in the future. He then left me with an annual contract proposal to read at my convenience. No pressure tactic to get me to sign while he was there. I've used local pest services in the past and Knock-Out's servicing was so much more thorough than any other company I've used.

The person performing the job was very professional and knowledgeable. He indicated that if the issue continues to call the company and he will come back and spry again. Called the company and asked to send more traps in that way the technician don't not have to come back. They told me that was only one time visit and was guarantee only for 30 days , and If I need it more traps I had it to pay for. I indicated to them that I will never again use their services or recommend them . The reason a selected them was because the rating provided by your company. You advertised for $ 99.00 the final bill came up to $275.00

The service tech Jim was knowledgeable, friendly and an amazing guy. It was a home run! One of the nicest people I've ever met. Did not rush and explained everything.

Technician arrived on time and took care of the problem. He advised that since it is so early in the season we will have more hornets later in the season. He offered to roll the price of the big deal into a service 12 month service contract.

It went well; bees dropped as soon as the stuff hit them. The technician was very thorough and professional. He was on time and explained exactly what he was doing. Nice guy.

Technician arrive on time, inspected area to be sprayed and applied the chemical. Everything went according to our expectations. Now, a month later, we are insect free.

I was extremely pleased. The technician was professional and courteous and when I asked him to break a large bill so I could give him a gratuity, he said that it wasn't necessary. He said if there was any re-occurrence within 30 days, that my payment would cover a second visit and that I could feel free to ask for him. He was a pleasure to meet and work with. My first experience with Angie's list was extremely positive.

I found knockout from Angie list and used it for termite inspection when we purchased our house about year and half ago. I found their service excellent like most of review says. As a result, I called them again this time when we are having pest issues. 0n 5/21, the technician came on time,he was great and knowledgable. He explained the issues and recommended the treatment. I told him that I would like to sign up for $450 general pest control year contract and Sentricon system for termite. However, I found the price he provided was much more than I anticipated since I had contract with them up until December 2014 and someone from Knockout called me to offer the system for around $500 before the contract ended. The technician called the office explained the situation and they agreed to offer it for $700 which I still wasn't comfortable with it because it was a lot of more than what was offered to me a few month ago, besides I wanted to get a second opinion in the price as well as to research to see if the system actual work. As a result, I tip the technician and told him that I need time to research and declined the service. A week later, I've done my research and decided to go with Knockout so I called them for both general contract and Sentricon. To my disbelief they told me now the price is $850 and $700 was for that day only. I have never see any reputable company switch prices on the customers like Knockout did so if you planning to use their service make sure you have it in writing. Updated on 6/4/2015 I called after read Arthur Katz, the owner's response on Angie's list and talked with Dee who was very pleasant and helpful. She didn't hesitate to honor the lowest price Arthur promised and an appointment has been scheduled for Sentricon system next week. In addition, Dee wasn't pushy and actual advised me to hold on of purchasing $450 year contract when I described to her that I wasn't sure if we had carpet bee since it wouldn't be covered under the yearly contract, that I should speak to the technician on the Sentricon installation date to determine the right options. I truly appreciated her honesty as well as impressed with the fact Arthur actually takes his time, read and responded to my concerns. Needless to say, I'm updating the rating. Thank you Dee & Arthur!

The treatment worked for about 10 days, then the ants were back. The provider was professional, prompt and accomodating to our children and pets. The only problem is the treatment didn't work as long as I had thought it would.

We were extremely satisfied with Knockout Pest Control! They were very prompt to respond to our inquiry, quick to make an appointment, and were there the next day! Our exterminator was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. While treating the home, we were given tips how to keep the ants out. This meant a lot to us because it shows they care and were not looking to come back and treat again. Would highly recommend.

The technician,whose name was C.J.Johnson, did an outstanding job. He was very courteous, professional and left no stone unturned. I would definitely call him back again based on this service call.

The man was prompt, personal, and did his job, and a little extra, at no extra cost. He even jumped into our crawl space under the house to spray in there. Since then, we have not had a problem with those awful bugs. I'd definitely use this company again.

They were very friendly and helpful. Fast and easy. They sprayed the apartment to get rid of some of the bugs and critters. Haven't had an issue since. Very good service!

Michael the technician arrived and asked if there were any specific problems. I informed him that ants were my main complaint. He pointed out areas where they were traveling along the foundation of the house and conducted a full inspection. I informed him that I was only interested in an outdoor treatment at this time. The outdoor perimeter was sprayed and granular bait was applied in my flower beds along the foundation of the house. Michael also pointed out an ant colony along a front path and spray and bait were applied there as well. Michael was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. I have hired this company in the past and would not hesitate to recommend them to others or to hire them again!!!!!
