Knockout Pest Control

We used a coupon from Angie's list to select this service. They called in advance to let us know when they would arrive and then showed up as expected. They spoke to us about various insects and what they would do to treat the property. We mostly had some spiders and cave crickets. After treating the property we discussed their annual plan. It was similar to a plan we have used previously so we signed up. They also provided a quote for the Sentricon termite bait stations. We have not decided on whether or not we will use this service.

Great service, professional, and clean.

We have used Knockout Pest Control two times so far. Once for bed bugs and once for a rat problem. Both times they were punctual, professional and thorough. They are also very friendly especially since they are often dealing with not so pleasant pest problems!

It's not even an adequate job. I still have my ants after he left but they're less.

It was wonderful. The little dog was so cute! I was worried that it wouldn't be accurate, but he said "You don't have bed bugs." The guy was really sweet and very careful about everything.

They were great, had to reschedule a few times and the company was understating. They even followed up weeks later.

Competent. One of the most thorough exterminators we have ever had. Excellent work. We have not been able to get rid of roaches in an old NYC apartment, despite frequent exterminations by several providers. I don't blame this on the provider, but it's a frustration.

I couldn't be more happier! The gentleman was knowledgeable and friendly. He provided me with tips on how to prevent certain types of insect infestation in the future. No upselling.. Just a straight forward exterminating job! Highly recommend!

Everything went fine, the guy was very very good. My only concern was that the service provider and their ad did not say that the personal items must be moved away from the walls before the provider arrives, otherwise they will skip those areas. They should really warn the customers before hand.

I purchase the special the company was offering and they responded in a very quickly and did the work. They did not try to sale me anything else did what I asked with solved the problem!!

Consummately professional, thorough & informative. Could not be more pleased with treatment provided in apartment. Highly recommend to apartment dwellers for sure like myself.

They sprayed my wood deck for Carpenter Bees and it worked.

My experience with this company was pretty good! I had buyers remorse right after signing the contract, but that's on me. It's hard to let go of $650, but I needed to get the squirrels out of the attic. The squirrel removal was performed by a third party hired by Knockout called Tag wildlife removal. These guys dealt with my husband and I who were pretty cranky due to the squirrels keeping us up at night for several weeks. Sorry about that, but good job calming us down! My biggest complaint would be that we only got active traps Tuesday-Thursday/Friday morning. Nearly every Monday the traps were closed/untouched from the weekend. They were opened on Tuesday, checked Wed, Thurs and closed again on Friday about noon. I know that per state law the traps need to stay closed for the weekend, but having the traps active for only 3 days during the week isn't what I paid for. I hope you see that I'm not trying to complain on here, but trying to provide a fair review. Overall, I think the companies were good to work with (no ripoffs, good service), but the third party service needs to work on the timeliness of their service.

Prompt, efficient, responsive, and so far effective as of 3 months later. Unlike prior years, we have seen almost no signs of ants in the house. Well done.

Great! The representative showed up on time, and was very respectful. He gave me suggestions about some other insect issues we're having (wasps). The bees haven't returned. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent. He was on-time and so professional/courteous. Very thorough in his inspection and treatment. We didn't have many bugs to begin with, but wanted to prepare and prevent for the summer invasion. He put the ant gel out where we typically see ants. In a week, the ants were swarming at the poison and a few days later, no ants to be seen. Definitely successful.

Called the company because I thought I might have termites. A golden invitation for thieves to come into your house and scare you into a treatment program and a long term contract. This firm was actually very honest. They found no termites indicators or termite infestation. Its great to find an honest company. I would recommend them even though they did not provide any services other than the FREE inspection. Other companies wanted to charge $100-$135.
